    First off, my sister took 3 pairs of shoes in on a Monday for me, bc I had to work, to get tips put on the heel of 2 and the zipper flaps replaced (not the whole zipper, just the part you pull up and down) on a pair of boots and requested that they be ready on Wednesday. Upon arrival my sister called me so that I could hear everything from the price to the time to pick them up. They quoted me a price of $5 for each pair of heel tips and $12 for the zipper flaps and after speaking with them via my sisters cell, they assured me they would be ready by Wednesday and in turn gave my sister the ticket (showing the date they would be ready) to pick up the shoes. Well along comes Wednesday and my sister goes to pick up my shoes to find out that they only 2 of the 3 pair are ready, bc they were still working on the boots, and stated that they wouldn’t be ready until Friday and then changed it to Monday after 4pm (they close at 5pm), and wanted to know if I could come then. So via cell, I reluctantly agreed, to which the young lady (who was actually a sweet girl) working the front stated that since they did not have my shoes ready by the date agreed, that there would be no charge for the boots. She then gave my sister a new ticket with the date they would be ready, the service provided and in big black letters the words "NO PAY". Fast-forward to Monday, I arrived around 4:15pm to pick up my boots, handed the man my ticket and much to my surprise they still were not ready. I ended up waiting an additional 30 min for the ZIPPER FLAPS to be replaced, only to have them TRY to charge me $15 (instead of the original $12) and despite the ticket. I told the man that the young lady I spoke with stated that there would be no charge since they were not ready on time and how that was indicated on the ticket. This man had the audacity to say "what ticket? I don't see no ticket!" I calmly replied "the ticket I gave you to pick up my boots, to which he replies, he does not have a ticket and even if he did, he has no idea why the lady put the "NO PAY" on my ticket, but that I owed $13 (you see how the price keeps changing???). By this point an older lady walks in to the store to coincidently have a zipper flap replaced also. He then stops talking to me altogether and turns to address her. After answering her question, she leaves out of the store to retrieve what she wants repaired, after which he returns to me, to tell me he was not going to argue with me. I then asked where the girl was I spoke with and he said she wasn’t there, and regardless monies were due bc he was not going to honor what the ticket said. The older lady walks back into the store and while in mid-conversation, he shoos me off with his hand and tells me to get out of his store. I have never received such rude service from any establishment and to be honest I had no problem paying it had they had my shoes ready ON TIME and I had not been told otherwise. And to make matters worse, the man called me on my cell phone after he kicks me out of his store to tell me that I was disrupting his customers, even though I was considered a customer prior to the whole incident. So needless to say, even though this repair shop is closest to me, I will gladly drive further out of my way, and then ever come back to this place.
