I'll agree that the ladies in the office are professional and excellent at what they do, but for whatever reason, Kim refuses to call me to say that a trip has been cancelled when they have cancelled it. Meanwhile, I have made arrangements for my pets to be boarded. I would not have wasted my time making reservations for my pets if they would have called me when the trip(s) have been cancelled. Not happy that they could NOT be bothered contacting me when the trip was cancelled.
