I have used a handy local RV service for almost 15 years. It has always been a contentious relationship. The last service repair was a third attempt at getting the water heater to stop leaking when the pressure relief valve was near temperature shutoff. I paid for all three service calls and it came close to $600. Still leaks. My wife discovered that the manual explained that RV type water heaters pressure relief valves are SUPPOSED TO LEAK! They are a closed system, unlike a home water heater. The service center should know that. So I went looking for a new RV technician. I found Mr. Romero's website. I immediately discounted it, thinking that such a service would be way to expensive. But, to make sure, I decided to call him and find out. I was prepared to spend as much as $120 for the service call, $275 for the converter, two hours labor at $90 each for $180, miscellaneous taxes, etc for $100. That comes to $675.Mr. Juan Romero is a pleasant young man who is honest, does nice work and is inexpensive. His service call (he calls it a mobile service fee) is only $60. That alone is reason to use his services - he comes to me! The converter was only $190, the labor came to $75 per hour for 1.5 hours for $112. Taxes and shipping and shop fees, etc., came to a grand total of $387, $288 less than what I was willing to pay! I was so impressed by him that I gave him a $20 cash gratuity! There is a problem with his business card which can be confusing. The website address, FourPointsRVservice.com on the business card does not work. When it comes to technical knowledge, customer service, effective communication, and professional ethics, Four Points RV sets the standard for the RV service industry.Juan, the owner, and Adrian, his technician, were great to work with. When one of our roof a/c units failed with a record-setting heat wave coming, Juan stretched his schedule to diagnose the problem. As promised, Adrian arrived on-time the next day with the replacement part. Unfortunately, the part did not correct the problem. Later that day, Juan arrived with an estimate for replacing the air conditioner. When I said that we had an extended warranty, Juan said that he would contact the warranty company for their approval. Juan called me after the approval, and said he had ordered the new unit. Installation was scheduled for three days out. On day two, Juan called and asked if he and Adrian could install it later that afternoon. The installation was completed that day - ahead of the promised date. Regarding his labor charge, it must have been reasonable because my only cost was the warranty deductible.I enthusiastically recommend Four Points for your RV service needs. I only wish Juan and Adrian could be cloned!
My first experience with Juan Romero was last fall, a few months before he quit his job to run his business full time. This review is more about his character than his work, although both are excellent. Juan was sent to me by an RV wash company whose worker stepped on my bath skylight requiring replacement. He called me to talk about the job and said he'd be by sometime to measure the skylight. Well, he showed up a couple of days later...on a Sunday...in church attire...with his family. To measure. He didn't have to do that but he did. When he finally got the skylight, he came back to install it...after he already worked 10 hrs...in the dark. Oh yes...he has a habit of showing up on time to do the work. Since it was dark, I was not going to climb on to the roof of my coach. So Juan took a picture of his work, explained the work he did, and showed how it looked. I was impressed. Really impressed. Needless to say he became my go-to guy, and remains so, when I have a problem with my coach. Absolutely recommend.I'm a full time RVer wintering in the East Valley.
From the first time I walked in the World Wide RV dealer on 4660 E. Main St in Mesa, AZ 85205 I was greeted with hospitality I haven't seen in a long time. The service manager (Bobby Barbary) was very informative and he showed me what was wrong with my motorhome, the tech who did the work, he was very knowledgeable in the repairs of the motorhome, Excellent work was preformed. The Service Advisor (Tiffany Brandl) kept me in formed, and helped me with the paper work for my insurance co. Scott Lampshire Parts Consultant helped me locating parts for my unit, excellent parts store and service. All in All I was very pleased with the service and the repairs that was done to my motorhome, Thanks everyone, you can count on me coming back for service. I would not hesitate recommending anyone for reparse and service to World Wide RV in Mesa, AZ. I wish we could have service like that in the northeast

We had a leak in our Hot Water which we couldn't get to, searching the Web, we found the item, 4 Points RV Service Ad appealed to us. Our Atwood heater was listed as one of the many items 4 Points RV Services. Upon contacting Juan for the Technical Service needed, he came to Mesa Sun Life Resort in 4 1/2 hours, with a impressive Full Service Truck, reviewed the problem with his Partner, with their special tool, Repaired the Leak Problem within an hour. Was very impressed and pleased with the professional manner Juan & his Partner approached my problem. Recommend 4 Point Service to anyone with a RV problem.
