YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

One of my first jobs was working at Nordstrom, a place that is considered by most the expert on customer service. Laugh if you will, but even in the loss prevention department where I worked we were expected to be friendly and courteous, even while arresting someone. From my time there, I learned what it really means to give great customer service. \r Which brings me to the topic of this review, namely the Brazilian steak house Fogo De Choa located in Scottsdale. For those who are unfamiliar with Brazilian steak houses, they are all you can eat restaurants, but with a twist. The twist is that, with the exception of the salad bar, the all you can eat is brought to you at your table via skewers for the most part. \r Upon arriving at Fogo De Choa I was greeted by a smiling hostess who was well dressed and ready to help. As I am escorted to my table, my host asks if I’ve ever eaten here before. I tell him no and with another smile he explains the process to me. What at first appears to be a drink coaster on my table I find out is actually the magic signal. When the red side is up, I will be left alone. When the green side is up the gauchos chefs stop by to offer me whatever they have. I turn the coaster from red to green and now the fun begins.\r Within moments I am greeted with a smile from the first guacho to pass my table. He offers me slices of the meat he carries, asking me how I like it cooked. If I don’t know what it is, he will explain. As soon as he’s gone, I have another guacho ready to take his place.\r Very quickly my plate is full and I flip the card to red. The guachos no longer offer me more food, but my host returns to make sure everything is to my satisfaction and to see if I need anything else. While doing so, he also tops back off my water, which is all I’m drinking. This continues throughout the night. \r Even at the end, as I’m paying for my meal they demonstrate how much they care about their customers. My host gives me one last smile and wishes me a good night. On my way out I am thanked by every guacho I pass and wished a good night as well, all done with their friendly smiles. \r I have to say, even as spoiled as I am by Nordstrom, this was excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived until I left I felt that I was someone special. Now don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious, but to me what sets Fogo De Choa apart is their level of customer service. Over all, this is the best place I’ve had the pleasure of eating at.

The food at this adorable restaurant is outstanding. I had my wedding reception at Tonto Bar and Grill and ate there several times before and after. The food is consistently delicious and the staff from the management to hostess to waitresses and waiters is friendly and accomodating. Just top notch all around. Sit outside for the sunshine or at sunset and enjoy the view. The inside space is pleasant as well, with a view and an old southwest feeling. Excellent experience in every way.
