Worst experience ever, do not buy from this dealership! Bought a used car from them and within a year has been nothing but trouble and added expense. Conveniently for them the $2,500 warranty they sold me at time of purchase covers none of the repairs. Save yourself time and money and find yourself another dealership for your purchase. You have options. This dealership is a rip off!

Do NOT buy from this dealership. They make promises to you about your vehicle to get you to buy it and do not follow through with them. Not even a month after buying my car it started having electrical problems, I was told i had a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty anywhere I take it, I took it to a chevy dealership in Fort Wayne only to find they can not find a warranty for me. Merrillville was rude and would not work with me. Then there is a crack in my windshield they fixed less than 8 months ago came back I call for assistance they claim they never fixed my windshield and I need to talk to my salesman only to find out he no longer works there. I ask what I should do they say they are connecting me to the sales manager I was on hold for 45 mins only to get his voicemail I left multiple messages with no return call so my windshield still has a crack in it. Not to mention, not even 4 months after purchasing my car I received a call that my warranties are up and they want me charge me an additional $250 a month to continue my warranty on top of my $345 car payment. This dealership is a joke. Terrible experience all and all. Not only will I never buy from them again, but I will also never own a chevy again.

Best car buying experience i ever had, was very easy and quick with very welcomed attention to all my questions before, during and after buying via phone, text, and in person. I will definitely consider them again in the future. I am happy to have received a great low interest rate on my loan with them. So overall i loved and am satisfied with the whole experience.

Team Honda
If you're looking for a good experience purchasing a used Honda, DON'T shop here. Salesperson Joe Basile and his sales manager could clearly care less about honesty and integrity. In October 2015, I drove to the dealer from Illinois to specifically look at a 2005 Honda Odyssey to use as a second vehicle for transporting my show dogs when I didn't need my big truck. Made an appointment with Joe Basile and test drove the Odyssey. Discussed that the radio seemed to get poor reception and he assured me it was just the area and the radio worked fine. Purchased the vehicle and picked it up a week later - no radio stations when I started it up in the parking lot and after driving it around the lot, Joe was able to find ONE. Joe then opens a compartment to show me an aftermarket USB/audio jack that had been installed and told me I could listen to music from my phone instead of the radio. Left the dealer and was not able to get radio reception the entire trip home. Called Joe and asked him to look into it so the service department could get it fixed. Never heard another word from him, despite leaving numerous messages. So I called the Sales Manager who told me they sold the car "as-is" and despite Joe's representation the radio worked fine before I purchased it, they would do NOTHING to fix it. And he got downright nasty to boot! Joe Basile outright lied to me and hid the fact that an aftermarket device had been added to the car before I purchased it. This dealership could care less about honesty and service after the sale. The problem was easily fixed by a local audio shop for $175 by removing the defective aftermarket FM transmitter that had been installed and replacing it with a new USB/Audio Input unit that was plugged directly into the radio with a wiring harness, not the antenna. SHAME on you Joe Basile and Team Honda!

Stay away from this dealership. They use false advertisement to get you to test drive a car (free gas card with a test drive, then they don't give you one). Then once they get your information, they call you repeatedly, several times a day, for over a month. If you block their number, they will call you from another number. If you block that number, too, then they will block their number so you can't keep them from calling you. This business is shady. Avoid unless you want to be harassed. When it comes time to trade, I will definitely be going elsewhere. I don't like to trade at dealerships that harass me constantly. I've sent several "stop calling me" emails to no avail, too. This place is like a stalker ex who can't take a hint.
