Jamaca Me Tan
I have been coming to this location for over a year now. I find the owner very accommodating and helpful. Tanning beds are kept clean, and when a bulb goes out, just let them know, and it is fixed promptly. Signs are posted in the rooms when bulbs are new to warn you in case you want to shorten your tan time. The assistant manage Lia is exceptional. Always a smile on her face. Very personable, and knowledgeable about every product in the salon. I found the best salon in the Treasure Valley, and I've been to 3 other salons.Don't hesitate to stop in and find out about their recent promotions. You won't be disappointed.

Heal N U Day Spa
I got a living social deal to this spa and had a 2 hour massage and body wrap. I had a good massage which is why I'm giving the review any stars at all. My massage room was right next to the receptions desk and the walls are tear down walls so I could hear the receptions 80's rock music plus she was on the phone with someone for over an hour discussing computer stuff and I could hear every word she was saying. Even with the massage therapists music on I could hear everything in the front lobby room. It was extremely distracting which lead to a distracting massage. I will not be back due to these reasons

Rain Salon & Spa
I had a facial here and it was the best I ever had! They so way more then other places I have gone. Plus their service was great! They were friendly and professional not snooty! I had my hair styled after and the girl took time to give me a cool braid!

Rain Salon & Spa
I wasn't impressed. When I came into the spa for my relaxing pedi, there was an employee eating her lunch in the pedicure room. She left during my pedi. But, the entire time I was there, it stunk like bad Chinese food. This place should change their moto from "Relax, Revive, Renew" to: "REGRET, RETHINK, REFRAIN'!!
Tips & Advices
It's a good idea to have your teeth professionally cleaned before having them whitened, since cleaning can enhance your results. If you have sensitive teeth, using Sendodyne(a fluoride toothpaste), or a fluoride rinse in the two weeks leading up to your first teeth-whitening session will help you minimize or avoid tooth sensitivity.
Good oral hygiene is essential in keeping teeth bright following teeth whitening. This means flossing at least once daily, and brushing your teeth twice a day. Regular use of activated charcoal or a whitening toothpaste can help teeth retain their whiteness.
One potential side effect of teeth whitening is tooth sensitivity. Delicate gum tissues may also be irritated during teeth-whitening treatment.
Teeth whitening doesn't work on veneers, caps, and bonding. However, teeth whitening will not weaken these structures, and it may actually make them stronger.
Teeth whitening isn't permanent, and the whiteness can start to diminish in as little as a month. However, if you avoid foods that can stain teeth and practice diligent oral hygiene, results can last up to a year.
