Richards, Lisa DDS
I have dealt with several pediatric dentists for my daughter. Dr. Richards is by far the best!! She is approachable and caring. She listens and spends time with her patient/the parents. She doesn't rush. She answers all questions. She has always been gentle and patient with my daughter. My daughter is on the autism spectrum. Her staff has always been kind and professional, too. I esp. love that I have found Dr. Richards to be breastfeeding friendly unlike many other dentists ( like Armanazi Y DDS). I would highly recommend Dr.Richards, especially if you are a breastfeeding mom and/or have a child with special needs. Dr.Richards is knowledgeable, professional and caring. In addition, if I need an appt. fast due to a new concern- her staff has been able to get my in the same or next day. Dr.Richards appears to love her profession and care about patients, it is not about the money. She is excellent! I would travel hours for an appt with her! I would highly recommend her! A+++

Fioritto Family Dental
If you like being treated like this...after having my whole family go there and paying my bills...I didn't realize one bill went to collection for $268. (Sick parents and injured child for two years)I called to make apt for a toothache and they said I needed to pay the bill. I tried and being Saturday they weren't open. On Monday I cleared and paid the bill and they were calling office immediately to clear. I Called Fiorittos and office said they will get the paperwork done and call me back and may be able to get me in that day. I called now this morning, since I did not hear from them figuring I would get in today for sure. They said they can't accept me as a patient now!!! I understand if they have a policy but DO NoT STRING SOMEONE ON for four days with a toothache telling them you will call with an appointment and then don't call..and make me call to find out they will not accept you as a patient now . Terrible business practice!!

Fioritto Family Dental
This is a wonderful place to have your dental work done, they really make you feel important and not just another appointment. This time I just had my regular cleaning, from Dahnyale at the front desk, Theresa getting me ready for dr. Nicole, and Danielle doing the cleaning, all of them are pleasant people. I have been a patient for saveral years now and both Dr.Nicole and Dr.Michael have done an excellent job making sure I get the right work done. They always explain things thoroughly to make sure I don't have any questions. Strongly recommended.

Fioritto Family Dental
This place is great! I had a tooth killing me and I called to see if they could get me in. Not only did they get me in the same day, but they were so nice and did not make me feel bad or stupid for having a bad tooth. I have been other places that rush you through or make you feel dumb for being scared of the dentist. This place was awesome and they really helped me!! I really can't say enough good things. Thank you so much Dr. Mike and staff!

I feel comfortable asking him questions and he will take the time to explain his plan. The staff is friendly and take pride in the office; they will do whatever they can to help you. Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
