Greenway Home Services
Greenway is the epitome of a dowmhome business that cares about their customers. I have never had better technicians for any jobs that thr best results were done. I did have a very complicated problem with a compressor not working properly .After a week -three compressors later technicians coming everyday even on Sunday-the problem was solved by Mr.Barney who is over heating and air .He walked in my home with a promise I Will Get Your air Fixed Today. He Checked every thing over again and asked the question where is your electrical box? I told him I had replaced it a couple of months ago.he said he wanted to see old box.Wow what a smart man--he already suspected the problem was electrical--he touched the metal door and fire shot out. He opened it up and found wires had melted together and could have burned our home down.We got our company back out to fix it and never any more problems with our air that Greenway fixed.Thank you Mr.Barney and Greenway for saving my home and maybe our lives also.G.Cummings

Trane Sales Office
Great Company with a Racial culture. If you are white, you will advance quickly without the skills being need, they will train you. If you are black, you will be the minority and will witness racism before your eyes. As long as you are content with being in the same position throughout your entire career there, they will keep you. The moment you question equal opportunity, you will be fired. Great pay, flexible and laid back only because 95% of employees are white and they cater to their own. I was told it was a racist company when I first got hired and did not believe it until I witnessed it. Leadership team has Associate degrees and administrative blacks have Master degrees and cant move up. Products are the best in the HVAC industry but this office does not care for black people in all areas.

Smith Heating and Air
John came out at 9:30pm on a Thursday night; this was the coldest night of the month this year, 26 degrees. Wife and kids were going to bed and said they were cold, and the heater wouldn't come on. Thankfully John took my call late at night, arrived within an hour, and had the problem solved in 20 minutes! Turns out it was just a loose wire, but he fixed that and gave it a winter tune-up while he was inside the furnace. Now we have heat, the same night within a few hours, and it was awesome service. John is super friendly and a major expert in his field. He pointed out lots of installation issues with the unit from the previous installer, which we will look into rectifying before putting the house on the market. THANKS JOHN!!

Techno Lock Keys
I was in urgent need of a locksmith and the gentleman at techno was there to help. He came very quickly and he was able to make me a new key for my Jaguar. I was stuck in middle of the street and he is the only locksmith that was able to actually make me a new key at a great price. He did it in under 30 minutes!!!I called the dealer and other locksmiths nearby and they were charging me an arm and a leg due to the kind of car I had.The price he quoted me was more than half the rest of people I called and the quality of work was outstanding.I am very satisfied with his work and he is a very welcoming person to deal with. I would recommend him to all my friends and co-workers.

Serenity Carpet Restoration
After being dissatisfied with other carpet cleaners we decided to give Serenity a try. We are very glad we did. Our pet stains and odor are gone and we couldn't be happier. They were very courteous, calling prior to arrival (other companies just show up whenever) and arrived within minutes of the scheduled appointment and did a fantastic job. Even provided a bottle of complementary stain removal solution as they were leaving. Very very very satisfied. Thanks for the great service, the wife and I can breath easier and won't have to be bothered by unsightly pet stains!

Smith Heating and Air
Very dependable and John does great work! Price was right. Very reasonable . I called him at 9pm Sunday bc my heat wasn't working but he came right out. He was at my house by 10pm the same night . He was so sweet. He didn't want me be cold . He told me on the phone he will come on out and he was. Thank God he could fix it that night. There not to many company would do that. I told John he could wait till the morning to fix it but he said he will come out now that he didn't want to me to be cold. I got lucky . Thank you John.

ITR Cleaning Service
Ivory answered my call at 6:30pm on a Friday, and agreed to come clean our rugs on Saturday. He was 5 minutes early and had great communication, texting to confirm the time and address. The price was reasonable and he negotiated with us. It only took an hour to clean our 3 rugs. He was very thorough. They also detail cars, clean gutters, pressure wash, and a few other things! We'll use them again for other services! Thanks Ivory!

Tips & Advices
Locksmiths-in-training can receive foundational knowledge and skills through programs offered at technical colleges or vocational schools. These would include basic courses on lock mechanics and manipulation, along with general skills like business management. From there, most trainees seek an apprenticeship, where they work alongside a professional locksmith. This allows them to gain experience in the field. It can also put them on a course toward certification.
Upon arrival to your home, a locksmith should ask you to prove that it is in fact your residence. They should also be able to unlock most common locks without requiring them to be drilled or completely replaced. Be sure to obtain an invoice that lists all charges before agreeing to pay.
  • If possible, research local locksmiths online and take note of any that have poor reviews or complaints.
  • When calling a locksmith, confirm their address matches what you found online or in a directory. Then ask for a cost estimate for the service you need, and ask to have them bring a written copy of this estimate.
  • Some states require locksmiths to be licensed. If your state is one of them, require the locksmith to bring proof of registration when they arrive.
The term locksmith traditionally referred to people who designed and built locks, but today is generally used for those who repair and replace locks. Locksmiths can be available on-call to help people if they're locked out of their home or apartment.
  • First, determine the type of lock you have, as well as the manufacturer or model if possible. You should also obtain measurements of your door and frame.
  • Remove exterior and interior knobs by unscrewing any visible screws you find. Many knobs will include a decorative cover on the interior side that can be removed.
  • Once you've removed the entire lock, find the screws on the inside of the door frame to remove the latch or deadbolt.
  • With everything removed, repeat these steps in reverse order to install the new lock.
