I've been eating at Bosco's for years and have always been pleased but their Sunday Brunch should not be missed. Not only is the menu great but Joyce Cobb performs from 11:30 until 2:30. Great food, great music...what better way to spend a Sunday!!!

Great drinks and food they have in here, a perfect place for a small crowd and a little gathering. They also have a great collection of beer.

I really like this place and if you are a lone female, you do not feel uncomfortable walking in by yourself. The food is good and the drinks are great. There are not a lot of bars in Memphis that can make a Dirty Martini like I like it but theirs is the best. You will see people of all ages, and that is great. It has very wide appeal.

On a recent visit to Memphis I chose Le Chardonnay because it was listed as a very romantic restaurant. The atmosphere is dark, with candles on each table providing an amount of light that leaves on focused on their own table. The wait staff was more than sufficiently attentive and my waiter was also meek in a great way. He took our orders and kept tabs on how we were doing without being an interruption with excessive personalization. This greatly added to the 'moment' my date and I were sharing. The food was punctual, the correct temperature, and well balanced in terms of flavor. We had a filet mignon stuffed with goat cheese and topped with a mango chutney, which accurately balanced a salty and sweet combination, and all came alongside mashed potatoes and asparagus. I also ordered the goat cheese, red pepper, and pesto stuffed chicken breast served on top of linguine pasta with a light red bell pepper cream sauce and a side of asparagus. The food was reasonably priced in the range of $15 - $25 an entree, while I felt the wine was even more moderately priced (perhaps I'm just familiar with overpaying for wine in restaurants). Unfortunately smoking is permitted, but there were few smokers present and the restaurant did not have a smoky smell. I would recommend this restaurant for a refined yet casual dining experience with a courteous ""What's up"" type of wait staff.

We recently had a 40 person dinner at Cafe Society. Everything was perfect! Not a single complaint. The service could not have been smoother and the food was fantastic. I have eaten at Cafe Society on numerous occasions and it is always wonderful but even with this huge party, they really out did themselves. Claire

The atmosphere is very nice for anyone 30 and over. The dress is whatever makes you feel comfortable when you're getting your grove on and the DJ is off the chain. My husband and I celebrated our 7th Year Wedding anniversary there last October and we had a blast. I'm looking forward to going back this summer and celebrating my 50th Birthday.

Alright, maybe not literally.....but they are pretty freaking tasty! South of Beale is the best LOCAL restaurant downtown- there are imitators, but no duplicators. Tons of drink specials, fresh menu items, great service, cozy atmosphere, free parking.....what are you waiting for?? Go get some cheese grit fries!!

I was wanting to go out but all my friends were going to the Beale St Music Fest so I was a little hesitant at first to go out alone. Some suggested Mulligans so I went. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly doorman, big as a brick house but very freindly. Next I went to the bar and the bartender gave me a huge smile and asked what I wanted. I ordered and told him I would be there for a whle, could I start a tab. He said ""not a problem""...no hassles at all, he didn't want to hold one of my kids as ransom. Next I put some quarters up to play pool. When it was my turn everyone introduced themselves and mad me feel welcome. I played for hours and met some really great people. It was getting late so I ordered a burger to go, once again a great price. Got home and the burger was fantastic. This place makes you feel welcome and wanted the second you walk in. Greatest nightclub staff I have ever experienced and just some of the greatest people in a crowd you would ever want to meet.
