We bought two Sub-Zero's from Kitchens Unlimited and we inadvertantly ordered a wrong (expensive) part. The owner went the extra mile and refunded our money even though the factory would not credit him the cost. You don't find this type of flexiblity and customer service with large corporations. While most stores give good service when things go well, when things go wrong, you need someone like Kitchens Unlimited. Scott Marshall Owner of Body Panels Co.
