I came in super nervous. I haven't worked out in a bit. I'm a little on the heavy side. I've never done kickboxing. Man, I hope they don't judge. First thing I'm greeted with is smiling faces with the energy to back it up. Everyone from instructors to members are just fantastic! The workout is my most worried about thing. The guidance was amazing. The instructors went around making sure everyone's form was right and also gave super helpful tips. Incredibly helpful; after all I don't know what I am doing. I can't wait to go back! I'm incredibly excited about this new journey.

I Love Kickboxingindus Investments
Recently joined the Bartlett, TN location and let me say: I Love love love it. It is truly for every body. Each trainer works with you and helps you modify exercises. They push you but aren't pushy. They are fun, exciting people that never make you feel judged our that you are somehow "less" because of your size. They truly want to help each person gain healthy, happy lives and reach their fitness goals. They even remember your motivations, your goals, and where you want to go from day to day to help keep you on track. I can't wait for my next class!!!

Taekwondo Academy Bartlett
This place offers excellent traditional martial arts training for students 4 & up. Mr. and Mrs Simon provides a great family fun atmosphere while also helping students learn confidence, discipline, obtain fitness & self-defense. I highly recommend Taekwondo Academy Bartlett to any one looking for a martial arts school in the Bartlett, Memphis, and Cordova Area!

Bei Shaolin Kung Fu Institute
Zula Wilson, 01/2013It is the best Martial Arts School I've ever been to. I've been to Karate and Tae Kwon Do schools but they are either watered down or you hardly ever see an experience adult on the workout floor actually teaching. Their classes are more targeted for fun without strong instruction or correction if I'm doing something wrong. On the other Hand, Bei Shaolin Kung Fu Institute is the best. They teach traditional Chinese Kung Fu like over in China oor what we see on TV with Jacky Chan and Jet Lee. They even teach Wing Chun like in IP Man's Kung Fu. Several of the schools I went to don't teach weapons but they teach over 18 different Chinese weapons. The people there are not all stuck-up, in fact I can see that their more like a family there. I would definitely recommend going there out of all the schools in the local area.
