Fisher James Attorney at Law
Attorney James Fisher was an excellent choice to have represent me in my child support case. Prior to obtaining Mr. Fisher, I scoured the internet for weeks to thoroughly review the endless list of attorneys to end up with a manageable list of 5 to contact for representation (This was after reviewing all of the user reviews and comments of at least 3 dozen). Out of the 5 attorneys remaining, only Mr. Fisher bothered to return my call personally. The other attorneys left me spending a lot of time talking to a receptionist or simply didn't show much interest in me personally. Mr. Fisher put me at ease and called me on more than a couple of occasions. He was instrumental during the court proceedings and was very impressive. He put me at ease with his assurance and willingness to help me get the result I was looking for. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Fisher for anyone needing assistance with a child support issue.

Thank you very much for everything you did tp help my children and I.After Ten years of a horrible situation and a huge amount of money spent during 5 prior lawyers' failings,I finally found you.It seemed almost impossible to fix,but you won my custody case. Please let this serve as my very strong recommendation for anyone trying to decide which lawyer to hire.If a client wants to have the best opportunity to win their divorce or custody case, they should hire you.You won my very difficult custody case against a top lawyer that charged a huge fee.I know that you did the same thing for a friend of mine!Attorney fees are reasonable, and provides great service.

Law Office of Alicia A Howard
I would say that Attorney Howard did a great job with my case. I was going through a crazy divorce and she made the entire process smooth, easy, and comfortable for me. She was not one of those Attorneys who were only about "the money" but she was sympthetic to my situation and also took care of buisness. I am happily divorced! Thank you Attorney Howard.

Tips & Advices
A child custody schedule pertains to visitation rights, and might go into great detail as a court-ordered breakdown of when a child lives with and spends time with each parent. It is not uncommon for child custody schedules to be broken down by the hour, established months in advance.
Primary custody is the classification for the parent with whom the child spends the majority of their time in unequal joint physical custody distributions.
The legal definition may vary somewhat by state, but joint custody generally refers to a dynamic in which both parents retain physical custody rights after a divorce. This typically means the child spends time at two homes and, technically, has two different addresses.
Yes, but in most states and jurisdictions, the “bar” for so-called abuse of discretion is high. In order to overturn a custody decision, the guardian in question must be proven to have violated specific terms of the agreement in a manner so egregious that the child was endangered or otherwise put at serious risk.
The foremost consideration is almost always a suitable living space for the child. Social services might inspect a home to ensure it meets certain standards for public health, in addition to providing a positive and loving environment. Beyond that, the court will look at the custodian in question’s less tangible connections with the child, particularly in third-party cases, to ensure they are providing the best possible care. Work history, income, personal health and any official legal records will all be taken into account. The opinions of the children, or child, also might be taken into account.
