Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We were picked up at our hotel but we waited a half hour and had to call to get them to come. We had ordered a mid size car but all they had was a Ford Transit-more a van than a car. We took it. After we were on the road for an hour, we tried to get Sirius to work. Calling the Enterprise office we were told to come back to the office but we were o. the road so we didn't turn back. After our trip, the office called to find out if we were pleased and after hearing our dissatisfaction we were given a break on the rental fee. That's good customer relations!

Poor.Poor InventoryPoor AttitudePoor ServiceGo Somewhere Else.this facility acts as though you are a burden upon them, cars not usually on lot and those that are where hammered and likely never cleaned or serviced. Brings to mind the now defunct "Rent a Lemon" But they expect stellar credit deposits (even from Fortune 5 Companies) for marginal vehicles, substandard service and plenty of free attitude. Not certain this is a reflection of Enterprise in total but stay away from this location, it is nothing but a hassle and heartache and over priced at that!

National Car Rental
National is always on the mark when I rent a car with very limited wait time. The associates are always very friendly, patient, and thorough about charges you may or may not receive. I have never had one bad exeperience with this rental service and would highly recommend them to others!!!!

National Car Rental
Had to wait 30 min for a car because they ran out. Told them at pick up of car that I didn't want fuel option, then turned car in with a full tank and they still charged me $38 for the fuel option. Worst exprience!

Alamo Rent A Car
I rented the 4cyl jeep compass, And after 150 miles the tank was empty. I found that gas mileage to be disgusting and expensive. The car clearly had problems, Check them out before you rent them.

National Car Rental
National offices around the country are generally really helpful. But the folks at Memphis practically did backflips to make sure it was a memorable experience. I hardly had to wait and yet two staff apologized for the wait. They were happy and enthusiastic. The man by the cars was very friendly and a great "host" in helping me getting a car. One of the best (of hundreds) of experiences I've had renting a car! And the car had a truly full tank of fuel, was immaculate and check out and check back in were a breeze!

I will never! Ever! Evvvvvvver!! Get another car from Hertz, especially on Covington pike. The women in there have very nasty attitudes to start with. I was charged almost $200 for days I did not have their rental car. They wouldn't reimburse my money. When I went up to Hertz on Covington pike the women were rude, mean and had nasty smart mouth attitudes. I will never do business with Hertz again even if I move to another state. They are unprofessional. I'm literally disgusted.

Don't rent from this location. They have no idea how to handle rentals for AAA members. I pre-paid for the car and travel insurance online ($9 a day for AAA members). I told them that when I picked up the car. I was then told that they could not honor that price for travel insurance at their location. I was offered travel insurance for $23.99 a day. I told them that I only wanted that $9 a day travel insurance which I had pre-paid for online. They told me that they couldn't see any previous charges for me in their system. The individual then attempted to "re-work" the total price for the car + insurance. I was then told the $9 a day insurance had been applied and that I would only be paying $248.25 total for the car plus the insurance. I was actually charged $248.25 in addition to the what I pre-paid online ($191.47 for the car + $81.00 for the $9 a day travel insurance). I even expressed my concern for this extra charge when I returned the car. I was told that the manager wasn't there and I would have to contact him at a later time with any concerns. This location did nothing to credit me for this extra charge. I even spoke with the manager. I was told to call the corporate number. When I called corporate I was told that the $248.25 was for the $23.99 a day travel insurance. I informed the corporate employee that I had already purchased travel insurance and had told the Hertz employee when I picked up the car that I only wanted the $9 a day insurance that I had pre-paid for online. The corporate employee then told me that they couldn't even see the charge for travel insurance. I've sent in a letter with a summary of the events and charges. I also provided bank statements confirming the charges on my account. On top of being overchargedI was also given a car in which the air conditioning, heat, and defrost did not work. I wasn't able to exchange the car until after I traveled over 700 miles from Memphis, TN to Akron, OH. I informed the Hertz employees when I exchanged the car that the heat, air, and defrost did not work. I also expressed my concern when I returned the car to the Memphis location. When I informed the corporate employee of my concern for safety given that these parts of the car were not working, I was told that I “could not receive a discount” because "the car was drivable". I do not feel I should have been given this car to begin with. These parts of the car should be checked by employees before even being provided to customers. The fact that I was told that "the car was drivable" is ridiculous. The temperature was ~30 degrees F while I was in Ohio. I did not have heat and was unable to defrost the windows which are clear safety concerns. The last time I called corporate I was told that the dispute was listed as "pending" and I would have to “allow some additional time to allow the proper people to review the issue”. It's been almost 3 weeks since I returned the rental car and I feel that I've gotten nowhere with this issue.

Just a moment...
