Absolutely TERRIBLE experience at this doctor's office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The office staff is completely horrendous. I will never again step foot into that office.

I have provided supporting documentation by Certified Mail to Kimmel care that both myself and the primary or secondary insurance has paid on the same bill. In addition, Kimmel care on two other instances have not file claims with the secondary insurance. I have contacted the secondary insurer and they have stated that the claim must be submitted by the doctors office, that I cannot submit the claim myself. The one year period for submittal of a claim has expired and I can no longer recover these cost since Kimmel care has continued to refuse to submit the claim. They have received payment from me and on three claims they received payment from me and insurance, so they have received double payment.

Condescending, non caring staff. This doctor is more concerned about his clipboard than his patients.$250 a visit and your lucky if you get 5 mins watching him add up his bill. No scale. No blood pressure. No stethoscope, no looking in the patients ears,or throat. Actually he never touched me in any way. most of his practice involves ambulance chasing lawsuits. I don't see any sign that he cares about anyone but himself!

Worst person I have ever encountered in my life's experience. Having a degree on the wall doesn't make you a doctor. He and his staff fits the bill perfectly

I waited over an hr. to see a man that did not help me at all, didn't even touch me to look in my ear about my ear infection. Advised me to research conditions I think I have and their treatments and to find out myself if they are safe for breastfeeding on my own time. He was stunningly unhelpful, completely unpleasant experience, unfriendly staff.

I haven't been to Dr. Kimmel in some time, but I have to say this...I came to him with my sick child, with no insurance. My son was seen quickly, and although Dr. K might need a little practice with the little ones, I felt perfectly comfortable with him, he easily diagnosed my son, wrote him the scripts he needed and didn't overcharge me for his services. It's so comforting to know that there is still a doctor out there who doesn't buy into the the corporate b.s.,and who REALLY cares about his patients like a doctor should, Dr. K. are appreciated. Thank You.

An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
