I have taken my little dogs to have them groomed at Petsmart for years. I've occasionally used other groomers when Petsmart doesn't have an open appointment soon enough, and I always return to Petsmart. They do a fabulous job and it doesn't have a bad pet odor like many salons do. They always are friendly and attentive to my dogs. The one time that I had a problem there, the store manager called me personally to apologize and fix the problem. It's also very convenient to shop for pet necessities while I'm there. Please keep up the great work, Petsmart!

I was pleasantly surprised to have had my dog hope groomed on grand opening day! The groomer ,Amanda, gave me a great grand opening discount of $8 dollars. No appt. was necessary, good because I arrived 2 hours ahead of the scheduled one at 12 noon. Hope looked fantastic , and her white and gold fur finally looked white! Really friendly groomers, I will return again in the spring of 2013.

The dog training classes are great. I started my puppy at 11 weeks old in puppy class 1 and he recently achieved his AKC good canine citizen certificate at 9 months old. The training and play times have done great with his socialization! Bonnie is the trainer.

Quite a wide variety of animals for sale and amazing display animals as well. They allow you to pet/hold the cobra and rattlesnake. Cheapest feeders in town. Love it
Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
