Customer service was great until the hot tub was paid for. The sales guy said it would be 4 weeks from time of order to receiving the hot tub. It was over 6 weeks to receive the hot tub. Was told that the hot tub would be delivered between 11 - 2 on a Friday, at 2:10 had not received the hot tub nor did we receive a phone call about delivering late. We contacted the sales guy Patrick numerous times on Friday and never received a call back until we contacted his manager. Within 20 minutes of contacting his manager, we received a phone call. The hot tub delivery was not made until 5:00. My husband and I had taken the day off from work anticipating the delivery during the day. Because of the late delivery, the hot tub install was not complete until the next day. When we received the hot tub, it was missing the handrail we had been waiting for over 6 weeks for and 2 headrests were missing. Patrick assured us that the handrail would arrive UPS on Tuesday and the headrests would arrive from the factory. Patrick is not a good sales guy as far as after the sale is concerned.

we love our x-5 spa delivery went smooth it was delivered in 2 1/2 weeks. its exactly what we thought it was and then some. the sales man was very helpful in helping us find the right spa for my family. i would highly recommmend

Had the opportunity to buy a spa from them recently. WOW! What a deal! I Cant wait to have a pool party!!
