elKristen, the store manager is VERY rude to customers. Shes always in a bad mood, never smiles. Shes veyr snide, condenscending and down right nasty. This tanning salon has been through several managers, they cant keep employees and the owner lives out of state and can never be gotten ahold of. Kristen also worked for 12 yrs at a salon in Lake Geneva and was fired, and she brought her attitude with her. Don't bother with this salon, go elsewhere, theyre a dime a dozen
Emily, the owner did a great job on my hair, but then she ruined the entire experience by cheating me with the bill. I had a double prices done, her prices listed $75, she charged my $95 on my bill. She then told me she had a conditioner I HAD to have on my head and told me it would only cost $15, she charged me $25 on my bill. She then said I HAD to buy this tiny bottle of conditioner, so I said "how much? ", she told me $25 and charged me $29. Then to add insult to injury she added a 20% tip for herself on TOP of the product. My total bill came to $204.00!!!!!!! I've NEVER paid that much in a salon, even a high end salon and this is a tiny salon that nobody goes to! In the 3 or 4 hours I was there, NOBODY came in or showed up. It was dead. That should have been my first clue. And The ONLY thing she didn't overcharge me for was the haircut. Other than that, she was dishonest and unethical. When I confronted her on the bill, she refused to refund me for the overcharges and apparently, the money was Wirth more than my continued business. If you don't want someone to steal from you, don't go here. This woman is a thief. How foolish of her. She could have had a great client for years to come.
I have been a customer at Salon Te Elle Ce since I had hair. I have had only phenomenal experiences with everyone at the salon since day one. Whether it be with Tammy at the front, Sam shampooing, and Karen or Rhiannon cutting and coloring, I would never trust anyone else. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't receive a compliment on my hair, and I attribute that to the salon and its entire staff. Thanks ladies, you are all truly wonderful.
I used to think Hair Cuttery was a step up from Sports Clips, Cost Cutters, etc but still a step down from one of those $50 hair cut salons, etc.But I've had a few bad hair cuts from this place. I don't think mine are that difficult. 3 on the sides, finger length on top, messy style. Simple.I've never had a good experience at this location. Once I had some guy who smelled so bad of cigarettes that I felt it my lungs all day. Another time I had a girl who cut my ear. The stories go on. So no more for me. I've given too many chances thinking it was the person, now I realize it's the management and their choices.
