Absolutely horrible experience all around. The tech had no idea what he was doing. Misdiagnosed the problem. Multiple parts were ordered wrong and then back ordered multiple times. We had little to no warning before the appointments were canceled and when we called to check on it the representative was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER hire these people and in fact I called the appliance company each time and submitted multiple complaints with them and they said they made note of that and won't require us to use them again.
After sending out two different technicians five different times our refrigerator MIGHT be fixed but our basement furniture is ruined. The first man came three times and still didn't fix the problem after bringing the wrong part twice. The second man came to fix the fridge after it broke again (three weeks after it was fixed the first time) and in the process of defrosting the frozen over vent, overfilled our freezer with water that leaked all over our brand new floors and down into the basement on a piece of furniture. When I called to tell the technician to come back he never called me to say he was coming (but showed up 45 minutes later) and when my husband called the company directly they told us just to wipe it up and not worry about it. Then when the technician arrive to fix the leak he proceeded to tell me this wasn't his fault. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I had 4 service calls on my dishwasher and they kept blaming the problem on an electrical problem. Had an electrician out twice and NOW have pictures to prove that my voltage is FINE running to the dishwasher. They didn't even pull the appliance out from the wall to check the connections. My dishwasher is only 6 months old and still under warranty. They also refused to call the manufacturer while they were at the appointment even though that's what the manufacturer wanted. I also have to wait 2 weeks between service appointments because my schedule is limited and they do not offer evening or Saturday hours. One service tech I had actually replaced some parts and he was good but the others said that I needed an electrician and I've paid for that service twice for him to find nothing wrong.
