Tin Lizzys Taqueria Cantina
Location: In the front of the Avenue, where Cheeky used to be. Atmosphere: Casual and laid back. They have a nice patio where you can sit and sip your problems away, while watching the lovely EC traffic. Food/Beverages: They offer beer and cocktails, but are known for their margaritas and drinks that feature tequila. I ordered the duo for an appetizer and that features two of your choice of queso, guacamole or salsa. They also have a trio, which is all three combined. I do not know what seasoning they sprinkle on their chips, but it is like crack to me. (btw. Drugs are bad) Anyhow, I love that seasoning and it really makes the chips super flavorful. I also ordered the cantina skillet, where you can add your own toppings and proteins of your choice. I have never really been into Tin Lizzy’s when I first dined at their Perimeter location, but now I know why they are so busy. Their skillet was amazing and is served over yummy and flavorfully spiced rice. If there is one thing that you need to get it is their QUESO!!!! I usually do not like queso, but my friend wanted some so we decided to share the duo. I got my guacamole and she got her queso. So, I tried a bit of the queso because she was raving about it and boy was she right. Their queso is downright delicious! I dipped it with everything and poured it all over my cantina skillet. Sounds a bit gross, but don’t knock it until you try it. I also ordered a side of plantains, which are my favorite and guess what? The queso tasted delicious with it too. Service: Our server was super friendly and attentive. He even shared some information about plantains and how in the latin culture plantains are served at every meal. Overall: I am so stoked that we finally have a decent mexican restaurant in EC. They might not be your traditional and authentic mexican restaurant, but they are doing their food justice. Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back soon.

Vincent's Italian Restaurante
Disappointment!!!! We have been eating at this restaurant for over 1 year, almost on a weekly basis. While the food is not great, it is good and the atmosphere is nice. The waiters are cordial and friendly. Today, we went and order one of our usual meals, Chiopino, and it was awful. In the past, Chipino brought a variety of seafood, including, mussels, calamari, shrimp, clams, fish.... in a delicate spicy red sauce Today, the sauce was heavy and gross, and the plate had no calamari, or mussels. Furthermore, the "manager" , who is the first time we saw him, stopped by other tables and walked by ours without even asking how was the food. We now there was a new supervisor on the floor who previously was a waiter, but did not asked us about how was the food either. I do not know if these "managers" did not stopped by the table and asked about the food because they heard us speaking in Spanish(at least the new floor supervisor who knew and served us before, knew we spoke Spanish) or because they knew the poor quality of food they served since the Chiopino was missing ingredients. Notwithstanding the poor quality and missing ingredients on the Chipino, we were charged the full price.

Marietta Diner
We have given this place several tries. Your best meal is either a dessert or breakfast. If you want your eggs cooked a certain way, this is not the place to go. I had ordered my eggs a certain way. (Medium) They were wrong three times. The server informed us that they have a hard time cooking eggs in the back. That is one of the first things you learn in culinary school. I have ordered the steak, and it has come out twice over cooked. The second time the manager stood over me until I cut it open. I explained to him the state has to rest at least five minutes before you cut it open otherwise all the juices come out. Finally I just cut the steak opening well all the juices came out it was a dry overcooked mess. On the positive side, the baklava is delicious. You get a small plate of spanakopita when you sit down. It is homemade it is delicious. The restaurant itself is pretty cool, the food is subpar.

Tavola Italian Kitchen + Bar
Tavola Italian Kitchen and Grill..we were looking forward to our first meal at this new restaurant that replaced Ritters in East Cobb. There is definitely a need for a great Italian restaurant in this part of town. I was somewhat surprised to see that very little was changed and never really felt like we were in an Italian restaurant. The food needs to be improved as well as the menu. Missing on the menu were such favorites as Veal and Chicken Parmigian, that is simply unheard of. The salad was soaked with dressing and the rolls were soaked with oil. I suggest they visit Ippolito's to learn how all of this is done well. I really hope that they ramp up their menu, pay more attention to the ambiance of the restaurant and stop soaking everything before it is served.

Have been wanting to try this location since they opened. Finally we were able to eat there last night. Ordered fried cheese as an appetizer and then the wing/chicken finger combo, and a pitcher of beer. One of the glasses was obviously chipped but no apologizes expressed when we asked for another glass. The appetizer came 2 mins before our meal. We had to ask for plates, napkins, silverware, and condiments for our food. The chicken wings were pitiful - hardly any meat on them. The chicken fingers had absolutely no taste. We've eaten at the Smyrna location and loved it. This new location is great in terms of atmosphere & comfort. We will probably give it one more try but order something different.

Marietta Diner
Marietta Diner is a great family-friendly place. Kids receive fun chef hats to color and all meals come with complimentary spanakopita and fresh bread. The menu is huge and there’s always something for everyone. It has a lot of Greek and Mediterranean dishes. It’s not your typical “diner.” It’s also famous for an extremely large display of equally gigantic cakes, which makes it a fun option for birthday dinners.

Tavola Italian Kitchen + Bar
Don't know what the previous reviewer was expecting, but we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Ambiance, staff, and food were excellent. The menu was as full as any Italian restaurant around. We even ordered an extra pizza to take home.Tavola has now become our goto Italian place. Oh yes... they have authentic Tiramisu.

The Wing Cafe & Tap House
The food here is excellent! The staff in the smoking section blows(on Tuesdays)(not always 50/50).... We had to get up from our table, to get napkins and silverware. You want a refill or another beer? Ha, you guessed it. GO TO THE BAR AND GET IT!!! To the waitress, you want tips? You actually have to provide service...

Great pupusas and fried yuca. Good service from waitress. Spinach and chicken in a pupusa? Great idea!!! One thing I would change, the music. Cantina style music (mariachi or mexican music). Not the kind of music for a Salvadorean style or family restaurant. Clean tables and restroom.

Just a moment...
