    I took my car to one dealership and one small repair shop to have mt A/C looked at. I has told by both it was going to take $700 to fix the problem. Fortunately a family member told me to go see Chris at CS Auto, he looked at my car for 30 mins put a A/C relay in and didn't charge me a dime! My A/C is working GREAT. I would recommended this shop to anyone especially females because they will NOT take advantage of a lack of knowledge.

    CS Auto Repair of Marietta Ga recently acquired Canton Car Care on Canton Road in Marietta Ga. I have used Canton Car Care for 7 years prior to this acquisition. The previous owner, Max, was a honest business owner that made sure your auto repair was complete. Upon my first visit to CS Auto Repair on 5.31.13, I was told by Chris that business and the repair work would be comparable with the work Canton Car Care performed. Smoke was emitting out of the vents when the AC unit was activated, and was told by CS Auto Repair that I needed to replace the AC/Heat Control. After having my car for 2 days, I called CS Auto Repair to determine what had been done on my car. I was informed that no work had been completed due to them being unable to find the AC/Heat Control. I proceeded to find and purchase one myself, brought it to CS Auto Repair and they put it in. CS Auto Repair then stated that everything was fixed and the car was ready. Upon paying $170 for them to put the AC/Heat Control in, I took possession of the car and immediately upon driving it, I found that the AC unit was not making cool air. Prior to my bringing the car in, the AC was working exceptionally. I immediately called CS Auto Repair indicating that the AC did not work and was told that they fixed the problem and they were unsure why the AC did not work. Chris with CS Auto Repair then proceeded to question me as if the AC unit didn't produce cool air prior to it being dropped off. Of note, if Canton Car Care and Max were performing the service, I would have never received the car in this condition, as Max always road tested the vehicles to make sure the problem was corrected. And it was obvious that CS Auto Repair did not perform this process, and this may have been due to the fact that I took possession of my vehicle at 5 pm on a Friday. Since I needed the vehicle over the weekend and CS Auto Repair was not open, I took my car to someone else to fix. The AC/Heat Control was not the problem, but a relay to the unit was. I have called CS Auto Repair 3 times and my request for a refund was denied.
