I am appalled by the current business practices of AquaRama Pools, I began using this company 8 years ago at the urging of my grandmother a long time friend of Lee Shearer. For years I experienced wonderful service, quality work, and highly educated and experienced employees. These positive experiences abruptly stopped when my pool was lazily and carelessly closed with two metal patio chairs in the deep end after a storm the night before closing. When the pool was reopened at the start of the season this summer there were many rust marks left on the bottom surface, the tech wrote in his noted that he pulled 2 plastic chairs from the pool. This bold lie led to a manager requesting to come out and see said chairs to which I openly accepted and urged the manager to come see the METAL rusted chairs. The manager never showed and no compensation was offered for the damages. After weeks of ignored calles and messages I finally got Ashley on the phone and asked for a follow-up on the matter and request that a tech check on the lighting mechanism of my heater I was told that a tech would come out and provide a free diagnostic. After this visit in JULY I was sent a bill for the diagnostic. I called AquaRama an informed them that this was to be a free diagnostic and that they would not be getting any further business from me untill the damages were addressed. FAST FORWARD to today 2 months after the fact an unauthorized and undiscussed withdrawal transaction was made from my checking account completely out of the blue. This is theft and is criminal and every single AquaRama customer should know what these people are capable of.
