A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds
I live in S.C., my son was arrested in Atlanta, we were unsure how to get him out living in another state, called a few places one place was closed on Sundays but was able to talk to him (Caggle) and was very helpful he referred us to A 2nd Chance- that was a great thing for us. Sheekela and William were both very easy to work with. I mostly worked w/ Sheekela, she called when everything went thru and my son was releasted, she went above and beyond her call to help my son, and William was very honest with me, as well. A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds
I would like to personally thank Ryan for all his hard work. My husband was in jail in Cobb County and after long hours of trying to do a split property bond, with two properties, through the jail and getting denied, my father-in-law and i turned to Ryan. We had then planned on using one property and getting 2nd Chance to cover the rest of the bond so we wouldn't be out of pocket all the money. Well come to find out Cobb County had denied that request as well. But in turn Ryan and our lawyer Ms. Frye worked together and made calls to "higher up" people and managed to get my husband out of jail with Cobb County just using the 2 initial properties that had been previously denied. Ryan worked hard on my husband's case until he found a way to get him out of jail, even after he found out we wouldn't end up needing his servces he didn't stop until he got a resolution to our situation and also kept us informed every step of the way. Ryan, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made every process of this situation easier and less stressful.

A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds
2nd Chance is the most reputable and honest company I found after calling multiple bond companies. They treat you with respect, and will work out a payment plan. They even went above and beyond to show me where I could locate court dates, fines, and charges. They made the process very smooth and quick. The staff is 1st class and if I ever, hopefully I won't, have to use a bond company again, 2nd Chance will be my first stop!

The associates at 2nd Chance bail bonds were respectful, courteous and professional in handling our problem. The entire process was handled in minutes. The office is clean, well lit and not at all "seedy" like so many other places. They made an uncomfortable situation as pleasant as possible.

Tips & Advices
Bail bond premiums are not refundable. These are considered payment for the bail bond agent's services.
A co-signer is a person who arranges bail for another person. This individual pledges to post bond on behalf of the agent should the defendant fail to appear in court. Similarly, a co-signer will provide payment for the bail bondsman if the defendant does not do so.
Bail is set by a judge and determined by the crime in question, the defendant's criminal history, how likely that person will or won't show up to court, and other factors.
Collateral options include but are not limited to:
  • Vehicles
  • Real estate
  • Savings
  • Investments
  • Jewelry
After a case is over, the bond is returned to the entity who posted it -- the bail bond agent or the defendant. Premiums paid to bail bondsmen generally are not returned.
