I filled out a form on their website on a Sunday and they got back to me the next day. I asked them a few more questions I had and decided to sign up with them. I had been considering a few other property managers, but was very impressed by the ads they did and how that helps get more renters to pick from. They came out to my house later that week for the photos. We first walked around the house and talked about things and then they started setting up everything. They had these big umbrellas and lights and stuff. It was pretty neat. I felt like my house was going to be in a magazine or something. The pictures ended up coming out really beautiful and I actually framed one they took of my sunroom to put up in my new house in Tampa. They contacted me about a week and a half later and let me know they had a good applicant come in. It was a married couple with a dog. I hadn't really wanted to do any dogs in the house as I was worried about it destroying stuff, but I decided just to go ahead and do it as they sounded really great other than that. We did get an extra deposit though. I've been really pleased so far with everything. We've only had one repair although it was a pretty bad leak that had to be fixed so hopefully there won't be any more problems for awhile. I've already recommended them to another friend from the neighborhood and I think they are going to use them too.

Persian Rug Place
I brought my 9X12 hand woven wool rug that was 30 years old that had been through 3 homes, the last of which was a home with a large dog. Needless to say the rug had been stained over and over with urine. It got to the point where I could not get the smell out, so I put it in storage for almost four years (uncleaned).I took it to Mason at Persian Oriental Rugs on Johnson Ferry because I drive by it daily and figured that I would give him a chance. No recommendations from friends like I would normally require.Mason said that he could clean it "like new". With much skepticism, I left the rug with Mason. He said give him 5 days. I gave him 5 days and came back to pick it up after he called to let me know that it was ready.AMAZING! All of the stains were out. It was soft again. It smelled like a wool rug is supposed to smell. I even discovered that the fringe had silver streaks in it that I had never seen before. Remarkable what a clean rug can show.I can't say enough about the job he did. Cleaning it over and over again to get it clean and looking right. I definitely recommend his services. Oh and he was competitively priced as well.

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services
Kiwi does a decent job of cleaning carpets. The year of ''warranty' cleanings that they offer after an initial full-price cleaning are a nice add-on and a great bargain. I have taken advantage of these warranty cleanings often as I have two young kids and a dog. One time this spring, though, I had booked a warranty cleaning to take place a couple of days before I was going to have a house full of guests staying at our house for a long weekend. I was really, really angry because Kiwi called to cancel just an hour before the scheduled cleaning and said that they couldn't re-book until the following week. I panicked because my carpets looked awful and I had a bunch of people coming to stay at my house in less than 48 hours. Anyway, I called back and told them that it was a completely unacceptable situation, and they eventually sent a technician to our house to do the carpet cleaning later that evening. I'm still a bit upset about the situation because I never received an apology, even after a wrote a letter to the company.

I have had our carpets cleaned by Kiwi for the last 8 yrs. We usually have them cleaned right before the Thanksgiving Holiday and any other time as needed. We have used Kiwi in the old house and our current home after the 2nd year here. Every time Kiwi has show and given outstanding service. I love the fact if you are not satisfied they will come back, and the warranty is an added bonus! They have good customer service all through out the cleaning process and their prices are great. I am Green for Kiwi! Thanks!

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services
We have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning for many years. The service has always been exceptional. Although all the reps have been good in the past, our rep today, Bryan, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and very professional. The quality of his work and attention to detail was outstanding. The scheduler, Fairy, who I spoke with is very personable and customer service driven. I will continue to use Kiwi in the future and ask for my favorite Rep Bryan and Scheduler, Fairy. Kiwi keep up the good work!

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services
Mold & mildew is not a problem with Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services. Other cleaning services use to much water that allows mold or mildew to grow especially in Georgia. Kiwi uses minimal moisture. The carpet is dry in just a few minutes. It is clean and smells fresh. They are great at working stains out with a variety of different solutions. The technicians are friendly and professional. Customer service is great. The one year warranty is wonderful.

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services
I have grandsons and they play all over the house, yes, they eat that way too. Kiwi cleans after them! I have been using Kiwi for 8+ years. I love the fact that the carpets dries in less than an hour. The house always smell better after a cleaning. When they rake my carpets, they look like new. The fact that they move my furniture is helpful, since I have a disability.

Had my carpets cleaned by Kiwi last year in October.... they did great and beat the prices of everyone else i called by over $30. The carpets dried in no time and they looked wonderful. I just called to get them clean again using my one year carpet warranty, making it soooo worth it. My carpets are being cleaned again for only $40. Thank you Kiwi Services!

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Services
I have used KIWI for several years and have always been happy and continue to go back for carpet cleaning needs. I have kids and pets so my carpets take a beating! They always show up on time, the staff is professional and courteous and they do a great job on the carpets. I like the $4 a room warranty they offer and will continue to use them.
Tips & Advices
Gutters can typically last 30 years or longer. With the right care and periodic re-caulking of the seams and corners, aluminum gutters can last indefinitely. However, when replacing a roof, opting for new gutters at the same time is usually a good idea.
Leaves, twigs, and other debris are the most common causes of clogged gutters. If these items are allowed to sit for an extended period of time, they could become moldy, which can clog your gutters further.
If gutters or seams are leaky or rusty, it's time for them to be replaced. Also, if there are signs of water damage or mold in the home, check the gutters to see if they are the culprit.
If gutters are clogged, rain water won't be directed away from the home. Water can build up near the roof or foundation, and eventually begin leaking into the home. This can cause mold, mildew, and extensive water damage. It can also make the home more inviting to termites and other pests. Over time, water dripping near a foundation or onto sidewalks can cause the cement or brick to break down. If there is a garden, bushes or other landscaping below the gutters, these can become damaged as well. If the gutters are clogged over the winter and are located in a cold climate, ice dams can form in the gutters. These are very heavy and can cause damage to the roof, the gutters and potentially the side of the home.
If a homeowner plans to clean his or her gutters twice a year, this task should be done at the beginning of spring and fall.
