Asian Grill Chinese Restaurant
The food and service were great for our lunch and we really enjoyed the ribs and pan fried dumplings and all 4 of us ordered a lunch combo and we agree THE FOOD IS GREAT!. The portions were good size and we enjoyed the free hot tea. The lady is also nice at the counter and this is a family run business. My advice, Check it out!

Bay Bays Chicken & Waffles
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at Bay Bays Chicken & Waffles. You can't come to FL without a trip there at least once. The food and service is always great. The 3pc. Breast, Thing And Leg and a Red Velvet Pecan Waffle is just enough to fill ya up.

Nice spot for the local favorites. Went at 10pm and only waited 15 mins. I thought I'd be there longer. Love their Macaroni Cheese and Cornbread Waffle. A great stop when I visit.

Every time I come to Margate, FL I try to stop by here and grab food. Very yummy! They have a lot on the menu but I just get the simple waffles and fried chicken.

Bay Bays Chicken & Waffles
Chicken, Waffles, and Sides were all great. They're also great for kids since they have multiple sides and chicken type combos for them. Who served us was awesome since he was able to even accommodate one of my very picky kids. It was a 5 star experience. Thanks

Bay Bays Chicken & Waffles
I really did not know if I would like this as I am not a big meat eater but I found this food to be outstanding. I had the chicken and waffle with syrup and it was great. My brother, who is a picky eater, thought it was really good, too. I recommend this restaurant for a good meal. Highly Recommended!!

Bay Bays Chicken & Waffles
This is some of the best chicken I have had with an amazing waffle. The chicken was cooked to perfection while it was not greasy at all. The waffle soaked up the syrup in a way that made it nice and sweet and was not dry at all. Finally service was excellent and I truly felt welcome and appreciated in the restaurant. I would go back in Margate, FL.
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
