AOK Plumbing, Inc.
I have used Aok Plumbing many times and the first thing you encounter is a caring person on the other line who treats you as though your problems are as important to them as they are to you. (We've all been there) I recently needed to have work done again and they booked me ASAP and he was there the next day to take care of the problem. Very happy!

Della Rossa Plumbing and Solar
We hired and paid a deposit for half the total for a quoted job that never took place. Were quoted one price for supplies to be told later that the style of pipe (PEX) was no longer available. Come to find out that brand was discontinued back in 2010( Per Johnny a plumber of Della Rossa). This “established and reputable” company should have known this. The owner then proceeds to say we have two options…1) Go with cheaper products that will only last a few years OR pay $4000 more for copper. Plumbers were sent to our home that and no idea nor details of the job to be done. This continued for about two weeks. We contacted the owner of Della Rossa Plumbing and Solar and after requesting our deposit back, he states “No refunds”. So he thinks we will let this go, he is highly mistaken. We paid $3000 for not one minute of work done as quoted. He claims he had already purchased parts for this job but then says those parts are no longer available. This company is not reputable company

Tips & Advices
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
  • Before calling a plumber, try to unclog your drains and toilets yourself by using a plunger.
  • Make sure you use a standard bell-shaped plunger for your sink and shower drains and a plunger with a flanged end for your toilets.
  • If neither type can loosen the pipe blockage, put a plumber's snake to use.
  • Ratchet the snake down the pipe to eliminate any clogs.
Usually, a leaky or dripping faucet is an easy fix that can be done by anyone who is even slightly handy with tools.. To fix it, first shut off the water under the sink then remove any decorative parts of the faucet and replace the washer and O-ring before reassembling everything.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
If you're having hot water issues, you can examine the thermostat and adjust it accordingly. If you hear odd sounds coming from your water heater, it could be due to sediment building up. To get rid of this, make sure you clean out the heater every few months. However, if you hear a boiling noise, it could mean the heater is overheating and you should call a plumbing professional as soon as possible.
