Classic Garage Doors
Last night, our garage door jumped the track. The door was crooked, partially hanging off the track and the track was bent. We were sure we had ruined the door. We got on the computer and started calling around. Classic Doors was the only company that answered the phone all claiming to have 24 hour service. We scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He arrived right on time, as promised; quickly assessed the damage. Recommended that we repair the track and replace the rollers. Quoted a fair price - and immediately went to work. He repaired the bent track, replaced our worn out rollers and adjusted the spring. He even took the time to correct mistakes we'd made when we installed our garage door opener, he replaced a broken light sensor with new one and neatly rewired our amateur wiring job (no charge). When he was done both garage doors better than new, and so quiet. I highly recommend; I'll definitely use Classic Doors when it's time to get new doors or do anymore work on them.

Classic Garage Door Repair
The service technician at Classic Garage Doors did a good job replacing the broken springs on my garage door this morning. He was early for our appointment, up front with the price, very efficient, and explained thing to me clearly in detail so that I knew what he was talking about. (This is not the first garage door company I've had at my house, I showed the other company to door from Precision Garage Doors. When they are going to speak to you like your stupid and use garage door words that they know you do not understand and then give you a price that you can probably put your child threw their 1st year of college it's time for them to go. Then when you ask them to leave the technician told me he had to sell me something or he would be in trouble it's his job. Beware of this company!!!)

Classic Garage Door Repair
Called Classic Door about my broken motor; got an appointment next day between 10-11 am. He arrived about 10:30 am, very professional, experienced, and pleasant. Knew exactly what the problem was with my motor, and fixed it, adjusted the springs, oiled everything, and checked to make sure everything was worked perfectly. Now my garage door and motor are so quite. I enjoyed his technical skill and personality, we had a lot in common. I will recommend him to all the houses in our development.

Tips & Advices
Monthly, carefully observe the door as you open and close it. If you hear or see anything unusual, take a closer look. The regular motion could loosen up some of the hardware, so take a few minutes to tighten everything up. Also, be sure that tracks, tires, and other moving parts are lubricated. If your door is painted, make sure it isn't chipped or peeling. Deteriorating paint on a wooden door could let moisture in, which leads to warped doors, while a steel door could rust.
On average, a new garage door installation will cost around $1,000. Most homeowners end up paying somewhere between $740 and $1,400, including the installation and the door itself.
It depends. For someone who tackles home improvement projects, installing a garage door might be a viable do-it-yourself project. An experienced wood or metal worker can install with the right materials, tools, and knowledge. Someone less experienced should contact a professional. Depending on the size, a door could weigh as much as 200 pounds, though some smaller or uninsulated ones could be less than 100 pounds.
If you begin to notice this around a change in seasons, check the lubricant on the tracks. Weather patterns will affect lubricant's effectiveness. Dirt or debris on the tracks could also be the cause; make sure they're clear and clean. If the tracks look fine, make sure the doors are hung evenly.
It could mean your tracks are either dented, falling, or otherwise misaligned. Misaligned or damaged tracks can cause the door to cease working or fall off its tracks. If your door is stuck, slanted, or looks unstable, call a professional who will have the right tools to fix the problem.
