I found a car that looked like a good buy, went to the dealership and advised them of my interest. Because of the nature of the listing process, they hadn't actually even received the vehicle at the time. I told them I was aware of their posted asking price, and would be prepared to purchase at that price if any defects found by my own mechanics were remediated at dealer expense. The price quoted on the internet appeared to take them by surprise as if they'd had no hand in setting it. But when the car reached them and we all had a chance to look it over, they agreed to honor the price and do all the fixes my mechanics said were in need of immediate attention. The purchase papers were drawn up and the business was done in under an hour. So I give them credit for fair dealing practices and documentary efficiency. Other agencies have sought my business more actively, but when I found the car I wanted at their agency, they were courteous, considerate and quick in processing the sale.

I just traded in my truck for a jeep Cherokee trail hawk and couldn't be happier. I showed up on the lot and found every vehicle was accessible, there was no salesman breathing down my neck, asking questions to make a sale. We met Vincent after we inquired about a vehicle, he was polite, patient, and relaxed. I never felt like I was being prodded for information about what I was trading, what I wanted, or guided towards a vehicle I wasn't interested in. We talked for a few minutes about vehicles, went to lunch and returned ready to work with Schram! I left that day feeling like I was respected as a person, not just someone to rob blind to make a buck. Today I drove my new jeep home feeling great. The first time not having anxiety about a purchase or tension from the deal. Thank you Vincent and Schram for your customer care. You guys are awesome and I will recommend you to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle.
Rodney was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and truthful. He was in no way pushy or aggressive towards me or my husband. If so, we would have either left the dealership or sought out another salesperson. He took his time explaining each question we asked of him and we NEVER felt rushed during the entire process. Had I felt rushed, again we would have looked elsewhere. We rated each of these five stars except for the facilities. His co-workers joked with him, a little too much, about being slow. Buying a brand new car is a big decision and because he took his time with us he gained our trust and ultimately made the sale. By taking that extra time we are confident in the decision we made. We recommend Rodney 100%. He is someone who has the ability to listen, has a thorough knowledge of the product line, and an understanding of financing/leasing options.
In 40 years of owning cars, this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest. The sales staff if polite, pleasant, and knows their product extensively. The Service Dept. always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Honesty and integrity is present throughout their organization and makes buying and servicing a car worry-free. They have demonstrated time and again that "they aren't happy if I'm not satisfied". It's fashionable to make jokes about car dealers (just like lawyers) but there is no joking about the experience of dealing with Little Apple Toyota-Honda. One might find a car for a few dollars more elsewhere but I challenge anyone to find the combination of price, service, and value anyplace else. When they ask what they can do to make you satisfied, they mean it.

We bought a chrysler town and country from salesman, Chris. He and the staff were VERY patient with our crazy kids! My husband noticed a couple things i had missed as we were driving home, and after only a couple hundred miles, it already needed an oil change. Chris had called after two weeks to make sure we are happy with the vehicle. When i mentioned the chipped windshield, oil change, and the overhead compartment that wouldn't shut, he set me up with the maintenance department so they could fix everything for us, and they even offered us a loaner until it is fixed, so they aren't rushed and can do everything right! I am VERY pleased with the staff and their service!
