Poor management. Daughter who is 27 had a stroke at 6 weeks pregnant. She is high risk. Also found out she had Lupus. Dr requested her to avoid stairs furvthe rest if her pregnancy. Dr gave her a note. Daughter asked to be moved to first floor. You would think that mgmt would work with you. All they got was "our hands are tied" really. Ok. So they could move but you have to pay a deposit a pet deposit etc. A lot of money for a move downstairs. They wouldn't work with them so they moved to a much nicer place and more friendly. Be careful

The Lease stated that bicycles can ONLY be stored in a tenants storage room or apartment. The garage has ONLY one walkway between a set of poles and the storage rooms. This is where families walk to get to and from their vehicles. Sometimes groceries are carried in the walkway. Jamie, the manager allows tenants to store their bicycles in this one and ONLY approx. 4 FT. wide space. At night the lights can go out or possibly burn out in the garages. Add families, groceries, possible darkness and bicycles equals an UNSAFE obstacle course.

The manager Jamie is a HOT HEAD. The owners support her low-integrity decisions. Dryers blow lint all over the breezeways. Staff will blow your outside rug into a linty ball. All vehicles are allowed to park in COMPACT ONLY spaces. Local cops also park their big vehicles in these spaces. These vehicles hang over into the parking lot and make it hard to maneuver around the property. Other parking spaces are very narrow. Non-residents sneak into the front gate by following behind a resident. Renters close to the front gate will hear vehicles all day long as the wheels of these vehicles run over the gate structure. Management bends rules as they so desire. Rules are meant to be enforced NOT bent. Valid complaints can be made over and over about the same issue yet the tenant breaking the rules is not evicted. Don’t make too many valid complaints or you will be threatened with disjointed action. Why not just fairly, professionally, maturely and appropriately address every valid complaint?

The regular parking spaces are super duper small-width wise. Pay close attention parking next to families with children that might accidentally "fling" their door open. The drop box opening is very tiny and hard to push documents through. The computer center has slow "clunkers" for computers. The apartments are nice, but you will pay a premium. Maintenance does a good job overall. Maintenance people will not always clean up after they make a mess in your apartment so get out your mop and broom. Emptying garbage is very convenient. There are garbage shoots on all of the stairwells. The managers do a pretty good job.

If you get a loft they will tell you upfront that they are HARDER to cool. What they should tell you is that the lofts DO NOT cool down at all well in the summer. They did not tell me the truth about the loft. THEY LIED TO GET ME INTO THE APARTMENT. My loft would hold a temperature of 86-88 degrees up until 10:00PM at night even with the air conditioner on high. My utility bills in this tiny loft were almost $150.00 a month and it was hotter than hot coals. It was horrible. So they have a rule against double parking yet their good friend Mark in building "C" parks his junky truck in the middle of two parking spots. I complained 13 days in a row and he still was allowed to double park. He should have been evicted. They still allow this immature thug to park this way. The management has a HUGE problem with integrity. Lack of integrity is corruption.

Donna the manager is a terror. She put out a mother with 4 kids with a 36 hour notice and she will do the same to you if she does't like you!

It sucks, management is rude outside of office, they don't fix anything and built paper thin. As you can always hear neighbors. And the security gates haven't worked in 5
