The regular parking spaces are super duper small-width wise. Pay close attention parking next to families with children that might accidentally "fling" their door open. The drop box opening is very tiny and hard to push documents through. The computer center has slow "clunkers" for computers. The apartments are nice, but you will pay a premium. Maintenance does a good job overall. Maintenance people will not always clean up after they make a mess in your apartment so get out your mop and broom. Emptying garbage is very convenient. There are garbage shoots on all of the stairwells. The managers do a pretty good job.

Poor management. Daughter who is 27 had a stroke at 6 weeks pregnant. She is high risk. Also found out she had Lupus. Dr requested her to avoid stairs furvthe rest if her pregnancy. Dr gave her a note. Daughter asked to be moved to first floor. You would think that mgmt would work with you. All they got was "our hands are tied" really. Ok. So they could move but you have to pay a deposit a pet deposit etc. A lot of money for a move downstairs. They wouldn't work with them so they moved to a much nicer place and more friendly. Be careful

The Lease stated that bicycles can ONLY be stored in a tenants storage room or apartment. The garage has ONLY one walkway between a set of poles and the storage rooms. This is where families walk to get to and from their vehicles. Sometimes groceries are carried in the walkway. Jamie, the manager allows tenants to store their bicycles in this one and ONLY approx. 4 FT. wide space. At night the lights can go out or possibly burn out in the garages. Add families, groceries, possible darkness and bicycles equals an UNSAFE obstacle course.
