German's Roofing
German's Roofing is the best outfit of any kind that has EVER worked on our house, which is saying a great deal as we have owned it for 14 years and have had many individuals and companies out here to do all sorts of work on it. German and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our old cedar shake roof with a standing-seam metal roof, and they also replaced a skylight. The result was perfect and beautiful. They worked quickly and efficiently from dawn to dusk (and sometimes until dark) every day to get the job done quickly and on schedule, even when it was windy and terribly cold; they were all courteous and very focused on their work; they cleaned up the place nicely after themselves; and they were a wonder to watch. Their work is absolutely top notch and their prices really good. Nobody else can do better work, and nobody else can provide such great quality at such a good price.

Vertex Roofing Contractors Inc
Vertex did a great job on my roof and gutters but I'm not sure why YP has the number that they have.. I called 703 794 2121 and was connected with the girl in the office. She made things a lot easier just thought I would let everyone know
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
