Coho Automotive
I am a graduate student living down the street from Coho on the Prince William Campus, and I cannot recommend this place enough. After having some negative experiences at other places since moving here, Coho has given me such piece of mind that my car is receiving exceptional care. I also know that when I come to Coho, I will not be sold things that my car doesn't need, which was unfortunately the case at other places. My dad also feels relieved knowing that my car is being taken care of by such a great place, since I am much less knowledgeable about cars and am living on my own. The owners and people who work at Coho also make coming in such a great experience! They are so nice and friendly, and always do their best to care for my car as soon as they can. I never have had to wait very long for the services, although with the setup of the waiting area, I would be fine spending an entire afternoon or day here for bigger repairs! There are comfortable chairs, wifi, a big tv, a Keurig coffee machine, and even a toy area if you have kids!!! Come to Coho, you will not be disappointed :)

Convenience Car Care
I have been taking my car to Convenience for several years. The first time I used them, I needed some repair work on a car I recently purchased used. Timmy found out that there the repairs were covered by the extended warranty on the car that I didn't even know I had. Instead of having me come and get the car, he transported it to the dealer, and then transported it back to his shop after the repairs were completed. The only thing he charged me for was the oil change.I have taken my car there many times, and have absolute faith in the quality of their work and the honesty with which they will treat me. They understand the value of a satisfied customer, and know that gouging people will eventually close them down. If they say I need something, I trust them implicitly. That kind of trust in a mechanic is rare! I have been taken advantage of far too many times because I am a woman. And I know Convenience would never do that to me.Satisfied customer for life!!!

Haas Auto Service Center
I did not have the same experience as the previous review. Not at all... They also have good reviews on Yelp, where I also left one. Our Ford F250 diesel broke down on 234 and all of the oil poured out of the entire truck. We stopped by a couple of shops and no one wanted to work on our apparently incredibly complicated 6.0 diesel engine. We even took the truck to another shop when there was only minimal oil leak and the estimate was outrageous. Long story short we took the truck to Haas and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They gave us an estimate and while it went up a couple hundred dollars after the work was completed we are incredibly happy. They worked on the truck immediately, were reasonably priced and did everything they said and when they said it. They also didn't blow off our more difficult diesel truck. They need to put diesel repair into their listing.

Advantage Certified Auto Group
Upon a friend's recommendation, we took our 2006 Chrysler Town & Country to Advantage Certified Auto Group for diagnosis and repair of a significant engine power issue. So as to avoid any unnecessary repairs/costs, Advantage Certified - specifically President John Tisch, Bryan and Andrew in Auto Service - took a measured and pragmatic approach in diagnosing and resolving the root cause (bad catalytic converter, not the EGR valve as the vehicle computer codes indicated). The result - no unnecessary repairs/costs, we were provided a loaner vehicle, and the Town & Country is running absolutely fantastic. For a CPO BMW or superior customer service performance with even better results, we highly recommend speaking with John, Bryan, or Andrew at Advantage Certified Auto Group in Manassas Park. They will definitely take great care of you and your vehicle.

AutoZone
I came into store with about 10 minutes left until they closed, and expected to be treated badly because of it. to my surprise i was helped by a autozoner named James who not only found the part i needed quickly but also gave me great advice. as it turned out i didn't even need the part i thought i needed. he suggested that i buy it anyways just in case, but when i got home i did just what he said to do and sure enough all my problems went away. i felt a little bad taking the part back considering that my issue was gone, but James was there again the next day when i came in and was actually very happy that my car was fixed and returned my part with no problems. i even got cash back instead of a store credit card like other places. This guy was so nice i almost look forward to the next time my car breaks down lol. thank you autozone.

Auto Land
I got a Black Audi A4 6 Speed from them. I had the same car before and totalled it, but i love this car so i wanted to get another one. I searched online and found my exact car with the wheels I wanted too. Auto Land's was in better condition than mine was.;) It's been like 2 weeks and I noticed my radio stations are a little bit static. I called and RC told me to bring it in so he can look at it. That tells me they care and are not just trying to make a buck. He also bought me ice cream while I waited for the brakes to be changed!!! Thanks a lot RC!!! Anyways, the radio static was just a loose wire and they were able to handle it right then and there. I recommend this place because they are up front and genuine. I took my friend there to get a civic si. I WOULD RECOMMEND AUTO LAND TO ANYONE!!!

Stafford Auto Sales
STAFFORD AUTO SALES IS THE BEST!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!I would like to start off by saying the from my intial call to the handing over of the keys, Mike George was outstanding! He was very professional and friendly and never came off like an aggresive used car sales man. He stayed 2 hours past the normal closing time just for me because I was driving from out of town and could not make it there sooner. I really appreciated that. So many other salesmen would have told me to just come back the following day during normal business hours. He also was very thorough explaining all of the features of the car, and all of the paperwork I had to sign. I felt that he had my best interest at heart and for that I would highly recommend Stafford Auto Sales, but more importantly I recommend Mike George.

Shannon Auto Repair & Detailing
My faith in humanity was restored today when Mark L Harris of Shannon Auto Sales & Repairs approached me in the parking lot of Yorkshire Dinner. I had accidently bumped into another vehicle. My vehicle was much more damaged than the other vehicle. Mark assessed the damage spot on and gave me an excellent deal to repair it in a short span of time, and he's providing me with a vehicle to use while mine is being repaired. Anyone can repair a vehicle, but not many people can exhibit the excellence in customer service, the excellence in the quality of repair, and the excellence in showing care and compassion for another human being in time of need. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in humanity through your heart and compassion. May God bless you and your family.

Skyline Auto Gallery
Dealt with Johnny Javed to purchase 3 vehicles for my family. We weren't the easiest sale to deal with as all of our credits are poor, but Johnny worked his tail off to make sure that we got the vehicles we wanted at a resonable payment even working very late in the night to get the deals done. In the end we took two total trips to Skyline Auto Gallery. The first time we drove back with two of the cars and then a couple days later we went and picked up the third vehicle. All three vehicles were very clean with low mileage. Johnny himself was the most patient sales/finance person I have ever dealt with. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and talk to Johnny.

Complete Auto Center Inc
Kevin has always provided great customer service, he takes the time to find out what is wrong with your vehicle and then makes sure that you understand what he is going to be doing before he fixes it. As a female, it is hard to find an honest mechanic and somebody that really cares about the service they are providing. I have recommended Complete Auto Care to all of my friends and will continue to do so. Kevin always make sure that he finds me the lowest price on parts and is always fair on his labor price. If you have been looking for a mechanic who is honest, hardworking, respectful, a family man and somebody who prides himself on service, look no further!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
