I recently dined at this wonderful Italian cafe in Malden where the food and the service was simply spectacular. All the pasta is freshly made on premises and the chicken marsala is to die for! I would also recommend trying a piece of their homemade cheesecake. It simply melts in your mouth. You will not be disappointed with this South End style restaurant!

Bar Is Open Until 12:30am Although a new addition to the neighborhood, Massimo and his aspirations are anything but. Ideas have been in the making since his early days as the bread boy at the late Scalinatella restaurant; ironically at the same locale that this venture begins today. To further add to the synchronicity, Massimo?s baptism reception was also held in the same spot some 30 years ago at the old ?il sole? restaurant. And just to lock in the sentimental value of its already rich history, Massimo?s new restaurant is named after his beautiful baby daughter, Aria Rose. Staying close to his roots, Massimo also worked two doors down as the general manager at Tresca for seven years. There he attained valuable knowledge and experience about the industry and the neighborhood. He is grateful for the Tresca team and will always remember the opportunity he was given to manage one of the North Ends finest establishments. Well known and well liked by locals and the Boston community, he has undoubtedly proven himself as a professional and as a friend. His enthusiasm for the industry dates back to his own childhood. As a young boy he watched as his mother cooked Italian feasts for family and friends; pulling at her apron strings just to have a taste of the freshness that lingered above him. There was always ?just enough? thanks to his father who never stopped working to ensure his family was well provided for. Thus, with a strong work ethic instilled from a young age and his love of family food and culture, Massimo is more than ready to share his passions with the world. In his much anticipated debut, Aria will combine old world Italian with a modern twist, making sure to appeal to many audiences. As many will attest, Massimo?s palette is anything but mundane. Having sampled some of the world?s best restaurants and venues, he will be sure to provide his clients with a variety of tastes, smells and visually appealing creations. From ambience, to food selections, to plain old business, he never ceases to amaze those around him. Let him do the same for you! Please join the Tiberi family and experience a dream come true in the making.

So convenient if you live in Malden. Like All Seasons Table, this place is located right within Malden Center and can come off sketchy due to location, however do not be fooled, it is wonderful! They specialize in their elaborate list of martinis (so good!) but also have a full bar and decently priced, large beers. The food is amazing and very high-end (comparable to the swanky restaurants in Boston), however my siblings say the portions are small (I prefer quality over quantity, though). *Fun fact: Enrique, the head chef/owner, is one of the kindest and funniest guys in town - me and my boyfriend stumbled upon him one late night while we were at the bar in All Seasons Table actually (right around the corner, the owner of that restaurant and Enrique are said long time friends), and he literally bought us about 5 plates of food and a bounty of refills of some spectacular white wine! It was, needless to say, one of the best nights. Secured an Exchange Street fan for life :)

Crazy karaoke Fridays are always good for a laugh. There are some pros there. I seem to always order the steak tips. You can't go wrong with those. The pizza is great too. The baked haddock is so yummy and buttery. I've never been thrilled just hanging out at the bar. It's sort of an older crowd, but everyone who works there is friendly. I walk by here every night after work and the smell coming out of this place is amazing. If only you could eat steak tips every night.

This is not your typical italian food. If you are sick of chicken and pasta at the florentine - this is the place you are looking for. It is absolute perfection if you are looking for a romantic evening. But.. Friday or Saturday night is really busy and this place is really small. I have dined here over thirty times and it is a complete different restaurant on fri/sat. It turns into a madhouse and the beautiful and romantic decor turns a little sour with the line of people waiting at the door staring you down so they can get in. On any other night, any lady would melt to get the ""window seat."" \r \r The fare is ""american"" italian food with a slight middle eastern twist. What I mean by this is generally italian food in america is a little different (more bland) than true italian food. Eating at Rabia's really takes me back to my visit in Naples ... This is my favorite numero uno restaurant in all of Boston - hands down.

Olivios was better than expected! We went there for an engagement dinner and there were 11 people in our party (including a young child). Instantly I liked the restaurant. The ambience was warm, relaxed and of course very italian. The interior is typical rustic elegance that instantly puts you in the mood for wine. The wine by the way was excellent and reasonably priced. Then there was the bread- amazing! The entrees were also amazing, I can't speak for all of them but the few I tasted were delicious (Bona Boca chicken and Fuzilli with shrimp). The pasta is homemade and you can really tell. The desserts were also on par with the rest of the meal. We had the canollies and coconut sorbet (served in a coconut shell). I really enjoyed Olivio's and am so thankful to the friend who recommended it.

We were there for the first time on Friday the 13th...bad choice...we sat in the back room, the bread was placed down and my nephew killed a few baby ants crawling on the table and wall. It never got better..I never knew you could stuff schrimp that were that small...awful. Escarole soup with no macaroni,tastless...awful. Not even all the blue cheese dressing they poured on the salad could hide all the brown lettuce...awful. How about the appitizer platter, from freezer to table...gross

Yesterday marked me and my girlfriend's third trip to Euno. Each and every time we have experienced nothing less than exceptional service. The food has been consistent and tasty. The potato gnocchi is excellent along with any of their chicken dishes. We made reservations for 8pm on a Saturday night and did not have to wait at all. The place was busy though, and I would highly recommend making reservations ahead of time.

This is a family run restaurant. The service is impeccable. You will eat nothing but the best, genuine Italian cuisine. The appetizers will feed three to four people. The dinner portions are are enough to feed two. The pizza is incredible. The desserts are so rich you will want to share. And last but not least, the prices are very reasonable.

We first came August of 2007 -recommended by one of my co-workers. My husband and I loved it! The food, especially the seafood, is fresh and mouth watering. We came to Plymouth this past weekend (8/14/09) and had to drive here for dinner. We could not pass it up! As usual the Zuppa di pesce for two with the wine was out of this world! We'll be back!

Massimino's is me and my wife's favorite place in the North End. After trying most of the Italian spots on Hanover, we haven't found anything as good as this place. They treat you like family from the moment you walk through the door and make you feel at home. It's one of the best atmospheres if you're looking for a quaint, cozy place enjoying outstanding cuisine. The portions are bigger than most and typically costs less than the others. I highly encourage anybody looking to stray off the beaten path to try Massimino's...as we will continue to drink and dine with them!!!
