Do not use this company! You have been warned. You will 100% regret your decision if you go with this company. I made the mistake of thinking these reviews were a little harsh but they are not! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my 29 years of life. It's been 3 weeks and they have not finished the job. They have sent out 4 different plumbers over 10 different times. No one knew what the last guy had done! Hell they even sent out the HVAC guys one day? The boss then has the nerve today to tell me that hooking up my water lines was not in the bid? HELLO!? What do you think was the purpose of that ditch I dug for water lines was for? He also had the nerve after 3 weeks telling me I lied about how many sinks I needed installed. This guy is rude! If he spent more time out on the jobs he might know what was going on. I decided to just hire another plumber to fix and finish this job. So much other stuff I haven't even mentioned.

Do not use Carter Plumbing. Tim Carter treated me like I was a joke because I am a woman. He has no respect for women. There was a cut pipe under the house which nobody would take the blame for. This caused leaks under the house. We had gutted the house due to mold. We wanted no leakage under the house. Already had the crawlspace treated. I specifically purchased a black sink. I had the hole covers dry painted black to match. He said they wouldn't fit. These were standard size covers. He took them with him. Our garage disposal worked. His worker put it in and didn't check to see if it worked. It doesn't. Called him and he said that it looked beat up, was new. Garbage disposal side of sink around rim had the sealant all around the outside of the cover. It may be inside the garbage disposal. Under sink was left a mess. Did not leave a working kitchen faucet. Bought one that you touch to stary. It doesn't. They said it might be a sensor. Left a lot of unused parts of faucet. Overall would never recommend this company to anyone. Am informing my contractor the same. Very unprofessional.

Please do not use this company! Very bad customer service and poor communication. They do not do what they say and then do not contact you to let you know. They never return phone calls. They were hired by me to fix a sewer line at a rental property and in the process they busted a perfectly good water line to the house. The plumber working on the house called me and explained and said it was their fault so they would fix it for free and make it right. When I got my bill, they charged me for replacing the busted pipe! I called the company and the owner was very rude, yelled at me and ended up hanging up on me. I cannot believe that a company of any kind would damage a customer's property and then charge them for it! They also left my yard a huge mess when they were done and then told me if I wanted them to clean up the mess, they would charge me for it! Crazy! I don't know how they stay in business. Save yourself a huge disaster and a lot of money and use a different company!!

    Professional and Credible..

Recently called Carter Plumbing and spoke with a well-disposed receptionist for information on an estimate. I received same day service from a very helpful and friendly technician. They offered a reasonable price and lots of needed information. I would use them again!
