Mad City Roofing
We chose mad city as return customers. Sales and measure went well. Date of install came and production of product was wrong, so install date was set. Not all product for install was on truck so I talked to supervisor who would make sure all materials for install would be brought. Second install date came, product was correct, but as a one day job it took 14hours, was to long, very frustrating. No chance to use my only bathroom to get ready for dinner and show date with my husband. Installers were very polite and professional, it just took way to long. 98% pleased with the product and job done. Thanks to Sarah for listening and passing on my frustrations.

Rodriguez Quality Roofing
After losing a couple shingles in a recent windstorm, I'd been steeling myself for a costly full roof tear-off and replacement, but these guys convinced me that a simple repair was all that was needed for now. I'll almost certainly go back to them in a few years when it does come time to replace. They could easily have taken advantage of me and didn't. Instead they did a great repair for a very low cost and were super nice in the process. I know that my roof's end-of-life is coming, but I am very glad to be able to put it off a bit longer, and it's a relief to have someone I'll trust when the time comes.

We just had a sliding glass door and and a storm door replaced 4 days ago.. Both are excellent quality. Both have improved our home. The sliding glass door keeps our utility room cooler, now and we believe it will be a great help in the winter keeping the room warm. We have already received complements on the storm door, which is in the front. The men who did the installation were very professional. Also they cleaned up and carried the trash and old door away. We like working with Mad City and plan to order from them again.

Brown Roofing & Siding
We hired Brown Roofing for a new roof and gutters on our house and porch in April 2014. Brown did a great job, paid attention to the details such as adding a saddle for our chimney to divert water and a very nice water shield all along the roof edge. Brown even added - at no charge - a shield on the new gutter to divert water in a high volume valley water area. I highly and absolutely recommend Brown Roofing if you want a quality job on your roof.

We love our new windows from mad city. They did everything they could to make them affordable for us. The windows make our home look nicer. The windows help keep the inside cooler with the warm temps outside. The installers we nice and professional. They showed up on time and went through everything with us before and after to make sure we were ok with everything. We would recommend mad city to anyone who is getting new windows.

Had a window and shower done by Mad City Windows, and the end results were beautiful. Had a few hiccups along the way (had to have three different people out to do the measure), but were resolved very well by the team at Mad City. I cannot speak highly enough about the installers that we had completing the work. We are excited about the work that was completed and are looking forward to our new shower for years to come.

I am very unhappy with my Marvin brand windows. They are about 10-14 years old and have to be replaced because they are rotting. I know that Marvin has had some problems, hope they have fixed them, am not expecting that they will compensate us in any way - wish me luck.My house is over one hundred years old and the original windows still are better, except that they are single pane and not efficient.

5 stars! I get goose bumps at how good this house looks now! The new windows are so easy to wash, the house is brighter - we just love it! The crew was great - never even took a break! They were so good! They went above and beyond, were courteous - we just cant say enough good things! All the neighbors compliment us on the new windows... and they should! Great job Mad City!

Wow! A great job on my tub, shower and surround. Gentlemen were courteous, friendly, cleaned up their messes and just nice men. We had a problem with getting the door fitting properly. I am waiting for a remake of the door, I have an old house and the wall is not straight making the door a challenge. I am sure it will measure up to the rest of their great work.

Everyone from Mad City Baths was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was a very small crack in the new tub that the installers noticed and so they had to get a new one made, which they did and we had the new tub installed within the next 10 days. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. I would definitely use this company again.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
