I've been there 2x. Which was 1x to many.I wanted to give it another chance as I realize people can have an occasional bad day. I was treated rudely both times. I swear I was stiffed at at one point? Obviously not being viewed as worthy to be in their shop. I was followed around making it extremely uncomfortable. Given the hard sales pitch on a couple of quit expensive items. Frankly-a lot of their things are, in my opinion, grossly over prices. Especially some of the clothing items. When I finally made a run for it the looks I received when I purchased a few small items left me feeling a bit embarrassed. I will NEVER go back. Nor recommend this shop.

I whole-heartedly agree with the other 2 reviewers here. What a bunch of self-serving b*****s. I never received my consignment money, and was treated like a low-life beggar when I asked them to check my account. Shopping there is horrible. They are all just snooty and super rude. There are plenty of great resale and consignment shops in the area to NEVER have to go to the stupid Pink Poodle. I would love to see this place close!!!

I have been to the Pink Poodle 3 times in a desperate attempt to have an enjoyable experience. However, each time staff was condescending if not outright rude. One gets the feeling that this is a store operated for the amusement of the owner only. The last (and final) time I visited, staff actually followed me around the store obviously concerned that I would lift something. Let me just add that there is nothing about my appearance or behavior that should have provoked that response. Unless you like snotty superiority, stay away.

The owner was nice to me until she realized I wasn't going to spend $100! Then she became rude. When I work with customers, they may annoy or offend me, but I would never let my feelings show. I wanted to use my card for a small purchase, but she snapped at me and rolled her eyes. If she was less rude, I would have spent more. I understand the need for such a policy, but not the need for condescension.

Just a moment...
