I really enjoyed getting my car there. Tim was so nice. He was VERY confident that he could get me my car even with my financial challenges. He didn't try to "make" me buy a car. He told me about the car an answered all my questions. He talked to me on line before I came in. I later found out he was in a class but was still helping me. I had gone to the Rivergate Kia last year. I have never met a group like them. They were so unfriendly and unhelpful. I was just looking and we checked to see what I could afford. He pulled my credit came back and said they couldn't help me and just walked off and left me sitting there. I knew I had credit challenges. He made me feel even worse. I was so upset I just started crying. I would NEVER, EVER recomend them. I would Rivergate in a heartbeat.Thank you again. Just by helping me you have given back a lot of confidence I had lost. I feel so good. Tim was just AWESOME. JUST AWESOME. I am recomending him to all of my friends... Thanks again

Fantastic first experience with Pep Boys in Madison. I went there looking for tires as the tread on 2 was about dead and a 3rd had some gashing/coiling exposed - I am somewhat obsessed with safety and wanted these replaced PRONTO. Rich, one of the manager's was quick to sort my requests, offering to "beat" anyone in town's prices. After a small amount of comparison shopping, he did in fact beat a competitor's price. What I appreciate the most is that they didn't even attempt to downplay my requests or my negotiation skills simply because I'm female. They gave me exactly what I wanted, in a very timely manner, with high level professionalism. We even made a deal on an oil change that I was going to need shortly. Great experience - oh, and my rebate on the tires actually DID arrive in the expected time frame (rarity there if you've ever dealt with mail-in rebates). I'd return if needed. Thanks, fellas.

I will NEVER buy another vehicle from that dealership nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. We were sold a truck that broke down 10 minutes after driving off the lot and a Ford Edge whose window had to be brought back to be fixed after the sales person claiming he "fixed it". We live almost TWO HOURS alway so this was very inconvenient especially since we have three child and both have jobs. We were also promised a "snow day discount" due to the road conditions that day and us still come non to buy a vehicle. It has now been two weeks I've had this vehicle and I'm STILL getting phone calls from the financial department "Tabitha" because she still hasn't got all the bank stuff completed. I was promised that this would be the best experience I've ever had buying a car and it was by far the WORST experience I've EVER had buying a car!!

this was a service visit it was great, treated great only problem i had was i was expecting just oil change did not know about the 15,000 mile check up i have not had a new car since 1972 so im not use the having service every 5000 miles and the cost hit me hard i thought cost of oil change v 15,000 checking up quiet a bit of difference luckily i had some extra in bank or i would have been in trouble..still in trouble but what can you do, i may have to start doing service myself and just not worry about coming into kia, i do not want that but the expense is what gets you sometimes.

just like getting ripped off on the price of the car,I was charged over $100. for 2 filters that cost $20.00 each anywhere else, I was also charged for a tire rotation, all this brought the total of a simple oil change to $200. I will never be back to this dealership for anything and I'm tempted to take out an add in the paper warning everybody about the shady deals and just how your dealership is, and how I got screwed into paying double for the car I bought from you

The people working at this location, 501 Gallatin Rd, on October 21, 2013 are the sweetest guys! I had an extremely difficult situation with my '77 Nova, and they went above and beyond to make sure myself and my car were taken care of! If I could give them 10 stars, I assure you they earned every one of them!! I don't live particularly close, but I'll make the drive for my future automotive needs!!! Awesome store, Awesome people!!! Thanks a million guys!!!!!!

Overall excellent, other than waiting for 2 hours for detailing and there was a lot missed but it's ok. Tim is an exceptional salesman, one thing I would recommend is when a customer asks about the price of a vehicle the response shouldn't be "I don't know", but let me go find out. Not going to rate just on that though. Great experience and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from rivergate Kia in the future.

The young ladies were fantastic and made me feel special and they were very attentive. I'm a newbie to the service department and the experience was very welcomed. I would definitely recommend family and friends to frequent the service department. I don't feel they would be disappointed. Please keep up the good work I was very satisfied.
