Here is my experience with Hansons Windows.Barry came out to my house in Trenton MI, and gave me an estimate on installing a roof on my house and garage. I was really impressed by how professional he was; he answered all of my questions and gave me a little background about your company, which I thought was really nice.Barry gave me a price and I agreed to his price and gave him a check for the full amount right there. It took a while to hear back from him, but a lady called me a few days later to say that the installers would be there Monday morning, and by God they were there before the sun came up and did not leave till 6:15PM. They did a complete tear off and installed everything new, just as Barry said they would.The installers drove all the way down from Marine City and got here at dawn.I was really impressed with those guys. They earned whatever you pay them, that's for sure. I will for sure call Barry when I am ready for some new Windows.The last roof I had installed was in 1998 by Kearns Bros. A couple of years later, I went up in my attic and found a leak around my fireplace chimney. I called them and basically they told me that it was my problem to fix, and I did with the help of a friend that does roofing.Two summers ago, I noticed that at the front of my house, all the shingles were starting to peel at the corners. I called Kearns Bros and they referred me to Certain Teed CO. I called them and they told me to tear off 3 of the worst shingles and send to them for analysis. I did not; I thought that it was a waste of time and money to do that. So I started saving a few bucks and looked around to have another roof installed 13 years after the one installed by Kearns Bros. That led me to Hansons. Thanks to Barry and the crew that installed my roof,it was a real pleasant experience!
I'm a first time customer of Hansons Windows,and if I have the need for more work this won't be my last time to call 1-800- Hansons. From the time I made the call to your 800 number,I was made to feel welcome and important,my job was only one large window but that didn't matter to your Sales Rep. Sean Schermer...He explained about the company,your product,your guarantee and the price. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. I was given a time frame and the window was ready for installation right on time. Your Project Manager Nicole Charest contacted me and informed me of the installation date and made sure that was acceptable...She gave me her number and told me to call if there were any questions or problems. On the assigned day here comes the truck and my window...the installer named Jason and his helper (didn't get his name)...introduced himself ,went over everything he was going to do and set out to do just that. From the time he put the first drop-cloth down till he pulled out of my driveway, I can honestly say ,he was courteous and professional in his workmanship. He showed me the windows operation and explained that the chalk was still wet so be careful.... The same afternoon I got a call from Nicole to insure that all was done to my satisfaction...Mr.Elias,you have a professional team , and they all worked together to make this one window job, painless and I felt mine was the only job they had to do that month.They were a delight to meet and a pleasure to have come into my home. I had Gutter Guard at first and I though that they were super expensive and too cumbersome to pay their price. It seemed to over priced for the quality of work they offered. I chose Hansons after I was dissatisfied with GutterGuard. I had had Hansons here previously for insulation and I was familiar with how they worked, and the quality of work that they offered. The price was estimated at significantly lower then what I was estimated at for GutterGuard. I felt that Hansons was more upfront and straight forward and felt it to be the better route to go.I was satisfied because the workers from 1-800-Hansons are all very friendly and care about their customers. The installers did a great job cleaning up and during the work, they checked on each other to ensure the work was being done. If you ever have a problem with anything, it is not hard to get in touch with someone from 1-800-Hansons for a resolution.As far as the windows, the type of window and how they were explained to me, Wallside is just OK but Hansons has a better product. When they came out and showed me what I would be expecting from Wallside and what I would be expecting from Hansons the decision was easy.I did have another contractor put in two other windows previously, and Hansons got to me for these other four windows. Hansons compared their windows to the competitors', and showed me how theirs were superior. The financing was the selling point, and they had a great price. I had four windows for almost the price of the two windows I purchased from their competitor.
I am thrilled with my recent experience with Hansons Windows! Mark Kannisto, my sales person gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Terry, my project manager checks in every day to see if I need anything and to answer any questions. She told me she would call and check in; I had no idea she would do so every day! That was wonderful! Dean and his team were, by far, the best contractors I have worked with in all my years of home ownership. Those guys are professional, friendly, courteous, prompt and so very skilled at what they do. I have a whole new house that I just love! Every person I have dealt with at Hansons Windows has done MORE than they promised. I have gotten MORE service and way more happiness with this project than I ever expected. I am recommending Hansons Windows to absolutely everyone I talk to! Home renovations are rough to live through....but not this time! This has been so easy and so pleasant. When I need projects done in the future, I won't bother with other companies and quotes. No one could possibly give me product, service and professionalism like Hansons Windows. Thank you so much.

Thank you all for making me feelspecial. I am a single mom with two boys, and I have been on disabilitywith multiple sclerosis. I not only have to balance myself I have tomake everything be able to function around me. A roof is something Iknew I needed for my home. I went in to cancel my original order, as Iknew I should check out my other options. Matt & Rod sat down with me,and asked questions and listened. While home on leave this week from the Army, at Oakland Mall in Troy I met with a gentleman named Bob representing Hansons Windows. I receivedsome information that I wanted to pass on to my father James, of Warren,MI 53 yrs. This employee was very exceptional. I wanted to pass this on.This past month my father took in my wife as well as my daughter to live as my wife just separated from the Army herself. My father's devotion to everyone around him never seems to stop. I hope that I, over the next couple months, can save money and do this for him. It's because of the knowledge and professionalism of the Hansons Windows employee at Oakland Mall as well as the reviews I have read that I wanted you to know that although I am not currently a Hansons Windows customer, I look forward to my next experience with you---both for my father as well as my family further down the road.
We recently hired Hansons Windows and there is really only one suggestion I would make, which is that they try to communicate a little better. There were times when I didn't get answers within the time I'd like. Before they started the job, there was a period of a month where I didn't get a call back, even though I called and left a message for someone to get back to me twice. When they did call, they were fine.I was most satisfied with the crew.Actually, my biggest concern was just the amount of money it would cost to do the job, but Hansons found a way to work with us and provide a great financing plan.I was considering a local company, but at the price we wanted, our salesperson made using Hansons pretty attractive - we didn't think we'd find a better deal.Other than the communication thing, we are very satisfied with Hansons.
