Welcome to our urgent care facility! If you believe your life is at risk, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Room; however, our urgent care centers can typically handle all non-life threatening medical issues. The benefits of urgent care over the ER typically include lower overall cost, lower co-pays, closer to home, and much shorter wait times. All of our centers offer experienced clinical teams as well as a digital x-ray system and an on-site lab to help diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and health issues. From sore throats and broken bones to physicals and minor surgeries, we can help! Our urgent care clinics are conveniently located across the Huntsville area. Open 7 days a week and with extended hours, our goal for patients is to "Get in. Get out. Get Better!" We accept most insurance plans and walk-ins are always welcome, so call or stop in today!

    I received a call from Dr. Chew regarding my Gallbladder. The conversation wasn't professional and she stated I should not get my Gallbladder removed because it looked healthy on screen. I stated to tell her to call my doctor and you all come to a conclusion. I also stated it was encouraged to go through with the surgery by my family doctor because of my history surrounding my gallbladder, the symptoms I received during the HIDA scan, the year and a half long battle of other complications. She starts laughing when I asked her to give my doctor a call. She says I am not your family doctor I'm just giving you results of the scan. I than stated my doctor already has these results and if she really was a doctor she would give him a call. I also asked about my liver, they found a spot on it and she "joked" on how it was just a pea sized spot. I being very thankful it was just a small spot would have wanted someone with more professionalism. After her phone call I was left unsure and confused. I proceeded to call my family doctor and although they were closed because it was 830 at night my doctor called me back to try to provide clarification. After the removing of my gallbladder my doctor told my husband there was intense scaring and etc. On the gallbladder which was a factor in my health. Ever since the surgery I feel GREAT. That goes to show you have to know your patient to and not just a Chart. I am glad I didn't listen to Dr. Chew.

    Dr. Chew say her feeling sick after changing meds and the flu shot, explained what I was feeling and the only resp6i could get was "ok" ok ok ok hhnm, ok. Well do you want this medicine or do you want this medicine do you think you need this? While I'm sitting here thinking wow and your a doctor? You are supposed to tell me what you think I need or need to do that's why you are the "doctor"

    I saw Dr Lopez on Saturday. He was wonderful. He didn't keep me waiting like I had to when the other Dr. had it. Dr. Lopez made me feel comfortable and talked to me like I was a person not just a number. His staff got me in very quickly. Ran the tests I needed and was in and out within the hour. What a great place it has turned out to be.

    Since I don't have insurance, I only go here if I'm very sick or in alot of pain. On my last visit, I was kept waiting an hour and a half because the receptionist didn't understand what "knee injury" meant. I finally saw a Dr Connor who was condescending and unhelpful. I ended up going to another clinic (another $200.00) just to get a proper diagnose. This is not a "Poor-Fair" facility, this s a "Should Be Shut Down Until Investigated" facility.
