Kirby Company of Middle Georgia
I allowed one of the Kirby representatives to come to my house to perform a demonstration. First, they did not bring the hardwood floor buffer as requested, but assured me that it came with the purchase (along with a host of other attachments). After about a month of communication, the seller finally comes back to say that the attachments WILL NOT be ordered. When I try to cancel my purchase by the date listed on the contract, I find out that this business has COMPLETELY forged and altered the contract, my signature, dates, and EVEN the financial agreement!!!! This is completely illegal and fraudulent. It was even sent to the finance company under the impression that this is a legal agreement. NO ONE has even contacted me to address this forgery even after I made the company aware of this. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!! I am beginning to feel that this situation may be an example of standard business practice for them!!!

Rainbow Vacuum Sales & Services
I love my rainbow the sale rep was extremely nice and not pushy at all. Josh was the young man that sold me my rainbow and he answered all my questions and even gave me a number where I could contact the company if I ever needed anything else. Now that's customer service. Thanks Josh for your help.
Tips & Advices
The most common vacuum cleaner problem is lack of suction. Other frequent problems include a burning smell (usually a problem with the brush roll or the belt connecting it to the motor), excessive noise, unusual vibrations when starting, and the always-popular brush roll not rolling. Most of these are easy fixes and can be as simple as switching out the bag.
It’s time to replace the vacuum bag is when the vacuum’s performance is dropping. A full bag reduces a vacuum's ability to remove more dirt and debris--because there is nowhere to store it anymore. You might also notice less suction and more debris coming out of the vacuum.
The biggest benefit of bagless vacuums is not buying replacement bags (you just saved money!)But they tend to have more filters (HEPA filters) that need to be periodically removed and cleaned, so there’s more maintenance.
The most frequent causes of loss of suction in a vacuum cleaner is filter blockage and a clogged hose. These are usually easy fixes you can do yourself. If the motor has failed, however, that is a much larger problem that will require a technician or a new vacuum.
If a customer cannot find or does not have the owner's manual for his or her vacuum cleaner, it can usually be found online on the manufacturer's website.
