I was writing a Review, but sometime happened in my computer. I will starting again. On June 27, 2017 the Nurse Practitioner taking care me. She was very professional, and kindness. She made me feel comfortable, and treat very well. I explained her my health condition. She was attentive. Thanks! Moreover, I would like to express my appreciation to Jackie for its right direction to arrive to the center; same as Rachel and Julie. Employees like them, make happy clients, and prestigious the Institution. Thanks!

Firth, Paul G MD FACOG
I have been a patient of Dr. Firth for over 10 years. He delivered all 3 of my children by C-section and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My scar is barely visible, almost as if I'd had cosmetic surgery. He is always professional and down to earth, I feel very comfortable with him. His staff is also very friendly, I couldn't recommend a better Dr for your delivery needs.

I've been attending doctor Firths Office for about 9 years, he delivered both of my kids both vaginal and C-Section. He's very understanding and always help me in any way he can. I've attended numerous of other doctors, but none of them compares to him. I've referred all of my friends and family to his office and I only get positive feed back!!!!!!

I've been a patient of Dr Firth for 30 years, he delivered both of my children by C-Section under difficult circumstances. He has always been very thorough, professional and great at keeping me calm when I faced unknown health issues or procedures. He's always been the best at taking his time at each appointment to make sure I understand everything that may be going on with me and making sure My health was a priority

Northridge Family Health Care
Visit today, 8/2/16, was horrible. My daughter's appt. was at 3:15p, we arrived at 3:02p. She signs in, we wait. Then a little after 4 o'clock, everyone that has come in after us has been called to the back & she has been overlooked. She goes to the desk & asks. Come to find out, she has been overlooked & placed in the system as a "No Show". Finally, she sees the doctor, once I proceed to leave the office I asked the question, How is she a "No Show", when we have been sitting here since 3:02p?" No one has any answers, the nurse then walks away as if I didn't ask a question. Then I state, I asked a question & you walk away, that is not acceptable. She then tells me "she was in my system as a "No Show" and she did not get a charge for this visit." The staff, from the front desk to the nurses are very unprofessional & this particular nurse is also a liar. Because my daughter was charged a co-pay as well. Dr. Burton is great, but his staff needs customer service training.

I did have some problems with a young girl named Lindsey about 6 weeks ago when I was in the office over a copay, I am uninsured and have to pay a copay every visit (and trust me it is a reasonable copay). I had a balance of 35.00 and of coarse copay for that day but all I had was 20.00 because I am in between jobs at the moment. She told me I had to pay a minimum of 40. Lindsey DID NOT care about my situation and she was just rude as hell. I asked to speak to the office manager a d little miss attitude stomped off. The young black girl signed me in any way and took the 20.00. While waiting I heard Lindsey fussing at the other girl for checking me in. Once I got into a room I asked my nurse if she could get the office manager for me without letting the front girls know and she did as I asked. Mrs. Leslie came and sat down with me and apologized over and over again for her staffs behavior. Leslie was understanding and caring about my situation.

Tips & Advices
OB/GYNs learn to treat infertility as part of their standard education. OBGYNs who further their training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility are known as fertility specialists.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a treatment where medication is used to replace hormones a woman's body does not create naturally. Women are prescribed either estrogen alone or a mix of estrogen and progesterone. The former is given to women who've had hysterectomies, while the latter is for postmenopausal women. HRT used to be a common treatment, but doctors have prescribed it less often in recent years, as concerns of negative side effects increased.
Endometriosis is a chronic condition where uterine tissue (endometrium) grows in areas outside the uterus. This can cause extreme pain, especially around menstruation and during sex. Other symptoms include infertility, chronic fatigue, and painful urination or bowel movements during menstruation. In addition, many women with endometriosis also have allergies, frequent yeast infections, or sensitivity to certain chemicals.
Morning sickness is a common pregnancy symptom that includes nausea and occasional vomiting. Despite its name, morning sickness can occur at any time of day. The exact reason for this condition isn't clear, although most believe it results from hormone changes affecting muscle contraction and relaxation in the stomach and intestines. Another theory suggests morning sickness is caused by an abundance of intestinal bacteria in pregnant woman.
OBGYNs can prescribe or perform the following types of birth control:
  • Contraceptive pills
  • Birth control shots
  • Implants
  • Diaphragms
  • Vaginal rings
  • Cervical caps
  • Intrauterine devices
  • Tubal ligation
  • Hysterectomies
Women do not need to see an OBGYN to obtain over-the-counter forms of birth control such as male condoms, female condoms, or sponges.
