My wife and I were looking for a car and we heard good things about Speedway Auto Mall from where she works. We stopped out there and was introduced to Ryan Smith who preceded to help us in any way we needed even letting us test drive different vehicles that day. My wife fell in love with one car and Ryan made it happen with a great deal and very low interest rate. After having a couple things fixed on the car my wife is now driving this vehicle and loving it. Thanks to Grant in service for everything he has done for us prior to ownership of this vehicle. We will come back to JR and Speedway Auto Mall again and will tell people about our great experience there.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience I had buying my Mini Cooper. When we were first looking at the car, Dean Reed was quick to help and to offer a test drive. Once he knew we were interested, he handed us over to Jim Walters, who knew more about the specific vehicle to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting. Jim was very knowledgable and helpful. He took the time to show us lots of neat features on the car and show us all around it. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered and I really felt they worked hard to meet my budget. I would highly recommend Speedway Auto Mall to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Gary was helpful explaining everything. The car we purchased was clean and well cared for. Took the time to explain the how they shopped for the financing and what that would mean to us. Also, gave my son some good tips on the importance of regular service and safe driving. The facility was nice and clean. Only negative is that the process takes so long. Overall, it was a good learning experience for someone new at purchasing vehicles. I would recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from Speedway Auto mall.
Nick Cassaro is as straight foreward sales person as you could expect, eager , helpful easy to work with. An obscure nuance concerning XM radio fooled all of us as it was expected to have been built into the vehicle. Found out two days after I bought it, not so, and can't be enabled if not integrated at the factory(VIN readout confirmed it). We resolved the issue with their buying the aftermarket kit and offering to install it at N/C. Love the car, happy with the radio, good people to work with!
In early August, I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Speedway Auto Mall. I settled on a 2001 Nissan Maxima. I asked Speedway for permission to have Roscoe Automotive take a look at the car. Roscoe Automotive found two significant things wrong. Speedway agreed to fix those things at no charge after some nudging. Overall, I am most pleased with the professionalism of both Speedway Auto Mall and Roscoe Automotive
Gary was a very helpful and patient salesman. he walked me and my wife through the inventory of cars that WE like. As a salesmen myself I really respect this because Gary did not try to put me in the car HE wanted me to have but the one I WANTED and was inside of my budget. There is no greater feeling as a consumer to buy something and not have buyers remorse. Thanks Gary and Speedway team
I would have to disagree with ^ i had a very exceptional expierience here! The owner is who i talked to i believe and he was a very down to earth understanding gentleman. After purchasing my new car with 165,000miles for a reasonable price it has not let me down, as he assured me it was a very reliable car. My car now has 225,000 miles on it, i would definitely purchase from there again!
Brian Wruck...terrific guy, very accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy at all, which scored mega points with me. He was so easy to work with. Definitely my "salesperson" of choice and would recommend him and Speedway without hesitation. I even sent my daughter and son-in-law to him. No bad experience here. Brian was a pleasure to work with as was the whole dealership.
They were very friendly, and the salesman (Brian) walk through all the cars with me giving me specifications. I told him specific features i was looking for and he helped narrow down the cars with the correct features. They also allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic before making any decision. Deb Boyden was a great person to work with.she explained every thing about the car we purchased.listened to our needs.saved us money too.gave us her home phone.for any issues that could happen.set us up with service.and got us a loner car.she also sent paid for a free oil change.sent us a letter when it was time .we were referred to her.and are glad we were.
