Groupon certificate holders, get your money back from Groupon! These folks can't stay in business for long. My car was returned not only with a huge dent in the back passenger door, but also filthy. I've posted pictures so you can see the state my car was returned in.I paid $129 to Groupon for a Pandora "Interior and exterior zone detail". The cost to repair the dented door is $500. So I came up the loser on this so-called deal.I took my car in on 4/10/2013. After 7 hours, the car was returned with a huge dent on the passenger door. Sure the car was shiny, but it was still dirty in various and obvious places. I probably could have achieved the same level of exterior cleaning if I'd done a Brown Bear car wash for $15.When I pointed out the dent to the guy who handed me the car keys, he shrugged "I don't know" and said to talk to Jose at the front desk. Don't be fooled, Jose is only a receptionist. When I asked for the manager, he said none is on site as "the detailers manage themselves'. I showed him the dent and the awful job they'd done. He said he'd tell his boss and that he'd call me the next day. As of today, (4/18), and after 4 calls to Jose, and one email to this boss named "Serge" with no last name - Jose said he didn't know. Are you laughing now? And the email was sent to a hotmail address, that per Jose "Only Serge reads and is the only who responds to it." Nothing. Not one response or initiative on their side to talk to me about the dirty state the car was returned, nor the big dent they made. This is by far the worst business I've dealt with in a very long time. Not only do they not reply to your emails that you post on their website or send to their hotmail account, forget about leaving a voicemail. Their mailbox system is ALWAYS full. In retrospect, that should have been my first clue.FYI: I made several attempts to reschedule my original appointment of 4/2. Because I could not leave a message on their VM (it was full), nor had I heard back from my email that was sent to their site, I called them on 4/2. Jose picked up the phone. He told me "Just so you know, we have a 36 hour cancellation policy". Are you serious? I told him "Just so you know, you would have known of my cancellation had your voicemail been available or if you'd cared to read your emails". I should have known.
BUYERS BEWARE - I wish that I had read the reviews before I purchased a Groupon Voucher. First thing when I checked in was that I had to pay a sales tax on the Voucher. As we looked at my SUV, I was informed that due to the dog hair I had to buy an additonal service $125.00. As there was lots of dog hair, I oked this. He looked at the rest of the SUV inside/outside of SUV and nothing was said about any additional charges. They had my SUV all day. Checked out the SUV and the stains on the seats were not removed. Stains were dog slobber and water. He indicated that there was an extra charge to do this. I asked why he did not mention this to me when I dropped it off. (and by the way it was the same guy who checked me in). He just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. When I got home to really look at the work, they must have run out of Armorall again as the rear tire on the drivers side was not done. The windows where not rolled when they were cleaned, it took 4 days for the carpets and floor mats to dry. WHAT A RIP-OFF. We need to do something about this, get the word out on how bad their service is….they are too shady…..
