These guys did an incredible job on our garage floor. They ground off the old slippery epoxy coating and applied a great looking polyurea system that has very good grip even when wet. We couldn't be happier with the results...

K. C. Martin Automotive Service
We have been taking our cars to K.C. Martin for years. They are very good at estimating how long the repair will take. They give you an estimate before work begins, unless you give them prior authorization. They seem very knowledgeable. We have never had to take back a vehicle that didn't get fixed the first time. When you pick up the vehicle, they explain everything that they did, as well as the charges. They also let you know if you have other work they recommend. Fees seem reasonable. They even let me take a loaner car when a part didn't arrive as expected, and they needed the car an additional day. Customer service is excellent.

Olympic Automotive
I've always taken my vehicles to Olympic Automotive and I have always been pleased with the work they do. I had some problems with my rear brakes and instead of just selling me expensive new calibers they went to the effort of cleaning them and re-lubricating to see if this would solve the problem and it did. That saved me over $1,000 because BMW parts are so expensive. They also loaned me a Lexus SUV for the day at no charge! This was all same day service too, I didn't even schedule an appointment but they took care of me. It kind of amazes me the polarity between the reviews, you never know the type of people who write the bad or good reviews but some people are just unreasonable and you can't trust what they say. All that I can personally say is that Olympic Automotive always treats me well and I would (and have) recommended them to other people.

Best price Bmw shop in lynnwood.Timing chain broke on my 330i.I called bmw of bellevue they quoted me $7800 with one year warranty.Another shop in lynnwood gave me initial quote for $4800 and told me it might go up they can't give me an exact estimate.I called Olympic Automotive since its close to my house they ask me to tow the car for free and after inspection they can give me a quote and charge me one hour diagnostics if i decided not to fix my car.I agreed and they towed my car after diagnostic they give me a quote of $3850 with 2 year warranty. That was the best price i got so far so i gave them my approval. And they fixed my car within a week. After one month of getting my car fixed @ Olympic Automotive i'm writing this review because my car runs like a champ and i am very happy with there service. They really did a great job.Hats off to the technician who work on my car.Highly recommended if you want to save some money and wants to get quality work for your bimmer.

Precision Tune Auto Care
The initial cost of service was for diagnostics. They said that there are many different systems in vehicles so I had to tell them the issues I've been experiencing to let them know where to look. Overall, I paid for diagnostics twice. One issue led to several others, which I was not surprised, my vehicle had been parked for about a year. After $1000 of charges (a couple I did not consent to) they said that one of the parts they repaired, would be the cause of my vehicle only being operational for another month or two and that I would need to replace the engine. My frustration comes from the fact that they have diagnosed my vehicle twice and worked specifically in the area that was going to give out on my engine, but couldn't identify that until accruing $1000 worth of charges. I will no longer do business with this location.

Bucky's Lynnwood
While looking for today’s (Saturday’s) store hours of this particular Bucky's shop, I saw a mix of both very good and very bad reviews. I am usually too busy to write reviews but I did not want to let the opportunity go by to respond to a reviewer personally attacking Joey, the store manager, whom I have known for over a decade. Based on the very positive experiences of ALL members of my large family, I can honestly vouch for both quality of work and customer service of Joey and his crew. When he left to work at a different place for a while, we missed him dearly. Joey’s valuable and vast technical knowledge regarding mechanics, as well as his determination to not overcharge customers, are invaluable to me and my family in keeping our many cars safe and running. I stand by Joey and his work any time!

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
