PAWS is an amazing place. They take such good care of all the animals that are brought to them. I love that their main goal is the safety and well being of the animals. Knowing that they are handled often and loved even while they are awaiting thier forever homes by all the volunteers that spend their time there helping out, makes it so that you know the animal you adopt will be a healthy and happy pet. I reccommend either PAWS in Lynnwood or their Cat City in Seattle to everyone.

Adopted 2 and fostered many..Ginger is all about the dogs. I have volunteered for many years now...I know her heart...Her rescue has been a gift to me... but more importantly ..to the dogs and adopters. \r \r Will always be grateful for volunteer time WELL SPENT!
4.Pasado's Safe Haven
I feel so bad for the animals left at Pasados :( I was banned in december after 8+ years volunteering weekly...I asked questions about killing an innocent dog that had 2 homes willing to adopt him, I asked why the cows were standing in a foot of mud and i+i was accused of taking a dog to an adoption event without permission of the CEO (i did get permission from the dog caretaker) I am not sure why trying to find a dog a home would be an issue for them but they are total control freaks and frankly in my opinion care more about funderaising then adoptions and proper care of the animals...just my thoughts of what an animal sanctuary should really be about.

Probably the worst experience in my life. The person I have been communicating with over email is presumptuous and rude. I would not recommend this place and hope that a better shelter could take its place. They were extremely unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone who encounters them. Good luck if you choose to have a conversation with this person.
