Hate is a very strong word. But today has been very disappointing. A month ago I made an appointment with this company for installation & paid a hefty installation fee. Oct 3rd, 2017 at 10:30. I called at 9:30 to confirm. Spoke to Barbara who was very professional and pleasant. She confirmed all was on schedule. I took a day of vacation. Excited to have Internet. 11:30 no one had arrived. So I called to check to see what was happening. Again Barbara.. on point & pleasant says she will check into things & get with Sara. But no response. I called again at 12:30 (because I had not heard anything). Barbara tells me that if Sara does not get with her in 5 minutes she will go downstairs & see what's going on. 1:30 I call again. Barbara transfers me to Sara. Sara says they came to my house and there was no signal. No one came to my property. I tell her that. She then transfers me to Darrel Haag . I explained to Darrel Haag my frustration that no one has been here & I have been waiting for 3 hours. YES I was frustrated. I believe anyone else would have been. Then the story changed to the signal was a problem from the tower & the crew was redirected. (Obviously someone communicated that with the crew). No one called me to make me aware. Once I express that with Darrel Haag. He tells me that he sees no patience in this relationship. And that it would be best that my money be refunded & severe ties. Flabbergasted from that response! A relationship, be personal or business takes two sides to make it work. I paid the deposit of over $250 a month ago. Lost a day of wages. To be told this. BTW. I asked Darrel Haag to reconsider. I asked what the next step was.. I asked if he was the owner. His answer was he is the owner. And he would refund my deposit. And that my frustration (by the way, I never raised my voice... I never cursed.. I never was ugly in any way) meant nothing to him and that what they had was a service they could not provide. See Photo for the rest

These people have promised to set up our business with phone and internet service for 14 months now. Each month, based on the assurances that there's only a few hours of work left, we promise our customers that the services will be turned on beginning next month, only to have our phones calls not returned by Seiontec. Of course, we're moving on, only mad at believing the repeated unfulfilled promises.
