Terrible experience, do not go here. From the time we walked in they are nothing but rude. The doctor wasn't so bad but his nurse was terrible and gave a rude gesture to my husband when he got up to walk back there with me. They acted like I was wasting there time by even being there. You are already nervous and upset about being there and having to have these things checked out. Also, the insurance department didn't want to get preauthorization from BCBS like I requested so I would KNOW exactly what I would be paying besides their required $600 deposit for my procedures. That was not a problem for me but what I would owe after my insurance paid is what I wanted to know. All she told me was that my insurance doesn't require that and that I have a $3000 deductible. I told her that I requested that she check with my insurance so I will know what I will pay and apparently she didn't have time and didn't care to help with my request. Just don't waste your time and money with these people, go somewhere where they are willing to help and care a little. I canceled both of my procedures and so glad I did.

Geez.... I will never come to this place again. Had a appointment and still had to wait over a hour for 2 people in front of me. Receptionist was nice doctor great!! Better not think its a in and out clinic because it's far from that!! Go to clinics on Quaker... Much faster and professional.

Dr. Ganga was amazing, however all the under the table billing that no one tells you about up front is a joke. The billing manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. My procedure lasted 15 minutes and not only am I being charged more than they ever told me but they do not send bills but do threaten immediate action from a collection agency. My advice- go else where!

Don't go here. Getting an appointment is a pain because she is never there. When you do get an appointment they will call you 5 times to change it. Unprofessional and rude dr. The only reason why she gets one star is because I was forced to pick something. Do yourself a favor, find a more established dr.

I was treated so bad I will never return. They do not have any compassion or heart ! If you want one treated with respect and dignity DO NOT GO HERE ! You will not find it here ! My veterinarian treats my dog and cat better than these people treat humans !
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
