La Foi Salon
This was my first time using this place.. I called and made an appointment with Alexis for my bday Oct. 20th... I hadn’t had a hair cut in a long time due to nobody being able to cut my hair correctly and the bad service my 11yr. Daughter had at another salon... I went in with an idea of how I wanted my hair to look and came out even better... Alexis was very sweet and treated me very special for my bday..I even made an appointment for my daughter for her bday.. the prices were GREAT! I have a better haircut for the price they charged than I have had paying 65$.. I am able to fix my hair just as good on my own and I find that a very good sign of a good stylist... Thank you so much for making my day special and I will be returning and recommending this salon in the future!!!

Legacy Nail Spa
Best nail place in town, HANDS DOWN. Every single nail tech is good at what they do and I will not go anywhere else. The owner treats everyone that walks in her salon like family!

Nails 2000
Excellent ! Perfect cleanliness and sanitation ! Friendly customers services too ! I'm a huge fan of the dip nail polish but my usual place only had about 5 colors - then I found Nails 2000 ! WOW! Many, many choices and they even had samples of what the dip polish would look like when finished. For anyone looking to try this, I recommend this place.

Palacio Hair Design
Worst experience Maria the owner she messed up my hair and she refused to refund or fix my hair. She is argumentative and likes to gossip about people. Do not waste time and money.

Nails by Cindy
Worst I've ever had. Rush job. Nails not cleaned properly. Tore a scab from toe. Horrible experience. First reviewI've ever written on a nail saloon. Over charge for work. Never been charged to remove prior nail polish. HORRIBLE !

Op1 Nails
My sister and I wanted to try a new nail place out in Lubbock. We happened to see OP1 and decided to try it out. The women who started to do my nails was doing a good job but kept wanting to be on her iPad. Then she asks me to go wash my hands and to sit in the chair next to hers because a new person had walked in and she decided to start doing her nails. A young lady sat in front of me and started my shellac. Keep in mind she's YOUNG! When she finished it's super thick, really lumpy, and she forgets to spray alcohol on the nails afterwards, I had to remind her. As I'm leaving I'm telling my sister and they are still really jelly like. I don't recommend this place for anyone.

First Nail
Worse experience EVER!During my pedicure, the tech cut me 3 times! To stop the gushing blood, she put blue dye to plug up the wound. It had been 4days since the cuts& it still hurt to walk. The tech messed up my big toenails' polish. She,her son& another tech had to redo my big toes 4xs!If you get your nails done &it comes out cracked, they'll blame your nails. They'll give you some BS lie that your nail's oil made the nail Polish crater up!I've gotten gel shellac for 3 yrs on my own nails& they've Never had craters! We stayed 4hrs while they tried fixing my nails.I told the "mngr" I'd be back so they could fix THEIR mistakes. She said "Fine," with an attitude, like it was my fault her the techs (A) Weren't capable of doing their "certified" job (B) My fault THEY cut me (C) My fault my tech took forever! I shouldn't have paid, but she charged me FULL PRICE ANYWAY!I call that wkend &a male answered, with an attitude,"we don't do appts, you will be a walk in." When I get there,I figured out they're pawning me off!I point at my sister's tech &tell them I want him. Then the mngr tells me my nails aren't even that bad!I know what excellent quality looks like. What they did to my nails was not what they promote! She says she didn't realize that I was cut 3xs,kept for 4hrs ¬ given a manicure shellac (even though I asked for it.)Then she tells me,the techs don't understand English.I shouldn't be held accountable, because your employee'sDon't understand,But manage to say yes to my requests?2nd I'm paying full price TWICE?Even after the nightmare of the 1st experience? No! I shouldn't have to pay at all!She then says they gave me a new set of nails, she'll take off $10,so I owe them $35?I told her I'd give her $25 w/tip &that's me being generous!Especially, for their 1st set of repulsive nails they gave me!She told me she'll accept $25 so I'll leave her store! She then talks about me to her client while I'm standing In Front of her Paying! These are Awful people! STAY AWAY!

Wade Gordon Academy - Lubbock
Biggest mistake of my life trusting these people to do right but their students! 12,000 in tuition kept my paid for 539 hours. Wasted a year of my life for the most fraudulent education I've witnessed in my entire life. And their attorney contacted mine offering to release my hours they are unlawfully holding if I agreed to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Clearly I declined. I would never recommend this school to anyone feel free to contact me for my full story of my experience. I'm not the only one this has happened to!

Just a moment...
