My daughter and I visit this location 4-5 times per week, some days twice a day. We usually order burritos, purchase chips and soft drinks. On Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at approximately 8:00 am, we went in for breakfast burritos, however, the deli service was not at its best. There was one lady (Hispanic) making tortillas. Yet no one was available to take our order. The lady making tortillas called for Rebecca, but Rebecca was at the cash registers visiting with the cashiers. She responded "In a minute", but took several minutes before she came to the deli. I placed my order and gave her my name "Alejandro". But Rebecca decided to write down "Alex" instead. I told Rebecca that my name was "Alejandro", however, Rebecca did not change it and responded, "Your burrito will be ready in a few minutes." There was no one else in line behind me. My order was the only one in her hand. I went to get a fountain drink, some chips, and proceeded to the register. At this time, there were two more customers at the deli and the Hispanic lady called for Rebecca. Rebecca decided to run to the kitchen instead and asked the kitchen staff if they had "received the memo" that she was would not be in for the day. She laughed and the ladies at the registers began to laugh along with her. The cashiers then began talking about the lady making tortillas stating that she was "over dramatic" and laughed. Again, the lady called for Rebecca, who was not at the deli, but at the registers talking to the cashiers. I don't know which one of the cashiers was in charge of the store at that point and time; however, if the manager/person in charge was one of the three cashiers, she lacks skills in communicating with team members on expectations and acceptable behaviors in the presence of guests. I have been visiting this store for several years and will continue to do so. I am disappointed in Rebecca's performance and behavior, and the cashiers' behavior making fun of the lady making tortillas.

Go early, parking goes fast ! Quality southwestern cuisine. atmosphere nice. nice change over abuelos their quality went down and their price went up.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE THE NEW GO TO FOR FURNITURE... The owners are awesome people they really do care for their customers, & they are SUPER GOOD on prices! Purchased a dresser and mirror for only 300 but let me tell ya it's a HUGE DRESSER!!

Bob Mills Furniture
We initially went with Bob Mills because their furniture seemed to be much better quality than some of the bigger chain stores. We've had our sectional about a year and a half and it looks awful. We paid over 2k. For what we thought was a quality piece of furniture. The cushions are now flat and misshapen, the back rest cushions have to be fluffed every couple of days because they sag. In addition to that, we didn't know the couch was going to be down, so we get stabbed with feathers all the time that poke through the fabric. I loved this couch at first, but now I feel like we got ripped off. I didn't realize how bad it looked until I came across a photo of the couch when we first got it. Night and day difference. I'm giving them two stars because the sales process was fairly easy but the furniture is NOT quality.

Bob Mills Furniture
My son bought his first bedroom set and mattresses from Bob Mills. He put a down-payment a month before delivery. Then at delivery time the bed was on back order. When two days before delivery Bob Mills told my son everything was in and ready to be delivered. So when they delivered the bedroom set he had to put his mattress on the ground. So I called and complained about it. Then Josh the salesmen had the bright idea of my son having to go pick up a metal bedframe. Knowing my son's bed didn't come with a box spring. So When my son told me about putting the mattress on a metal bedframe with no boxspring I told not to because it would mess up the mattress. So then AGAIN I call Bob Mills & spoke to Steven the Lubbock store manager. He apologized for all that was going wrong. He was going to send over a boxspring until the actual bed came in. Then said he was putting a $200 credit on my son's account. Then when my son calls a month later to ask about the $200 credit nobody he speaks to knows about the credit. It's nowhere in his account. Then I call and speak with Josh the Sales rep and he tells me the credit is probably for a future purchase. Why would I purchase something else when I'm already having so many issues with this company. So now I'm waiting for Steven the store manager to contact me. Not happy at all with the service at Bob Mills. Furniture is very beautiful but for the price you pay you get crap for service.

The food was excellent, and so was the service. This is by far one of my favorite restaurants. Not loud and noisy like most restaurants.

Manny was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive!!!! He gave great explanations on furniture and helped us pick exactly what we wanted!!! We know our daddy is going to love his new recliner!!!!!We will be back to see him soon!!! Thanks so much Manny for all your help!!!

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
Ordered our food and was asked if we wanted dressing with out order. We said yes we do...they didn't give us any. We ordered 2 meals, and we didn't recieve the whole order. How hard is it to read a screen and make what it says? I guess that's what you get with a high school education. The food isn't worth the cost either...or what you get of your order.

This business is full of a bunch of crooks that will say and do anything to get your money then no follow through with what they say they would do! Spent over $6000 with them and couldn't be any more unhappy! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I promise you will regret it!
