Martinez David Law Office
Scam automated IRS calls coming from their 806-318-0091 phone number. Recording tells me to call this number because a legal case has been filed against me.

The Law Office of Ted Hogan
Started out with what seemed to be a great experience with this attorney. Told him I was a vet so he offered me a good price on a divorce which I paid in full up front almost 10 months ago and have yet to be divorced. Had a problem finding my ex at first so I was told there was a delay due to that, then finally she was found and that was 6 months ago. Keep calling the office and getting the run around. Even contacted the BBB which got no response to that as well. Just called them again and asked for a call back so maybe with writing a review for others to see and contacting the BBB again hopefully we can get this resolved.

Cantrell Attorney Ruth At Law
This lawyer does not know what she is doing. She is more concerned with getting home to turn on the tv for her disabled adult child then taking care of her client. Don't pay her in full because when you fire her she will not refund the balance on your account. Also don't expect to talk with her you will not get past her legal assistant.

The Kiechler Law Firm
Mr. Keichler's assistance with my case was outstanding. He charged me a VERY fair price and it was over within a few months. Every time I called, his lovely assistant worked help if he ever wasn't available. I'm not sure why the other person leaving a review couldn't get through because the phone was answered even after hours. I would definitely recommend him for any of ones legal needs.

Johnston & Miller Attorneys At Law
Not a good experience. Agreed to take my case pro bono and half way in asked for a 1500.00 deposit just to assure i would not back out and promised he would give it ack regardless of outcome. He moved his office and didnt inform me so i had to find him. He then did very minimal work on my case and i had to keep pushing him. Ignores phone calls/ messages for weeks, i had to pay my own flight to helphim do his job and never made mych of an effort,he asked for more money to continue my case,i figured i would cut my losses and not give him another dime. Very poor service and dedication. There are too many attorneys available to use someone that wants the easy cases to make money. If your case requires sny effort ,research careful. I would not recommend this attorney. Not only was i forced to abandon my case, but he refused to return any of my money. I will file a complaint with the state board,so call them for complaints filed.

Adoption is not just a sideline. They really care about each adoption and each family. I would never go to see any other attorney for an adoption.

The Fighter Attorney LeMond Law, PC
Michael is the best. I asked around about a good attorney and my best friend Ambriel recommended The Fighter Attorney to me. He really helped me. I couldn't be happier with my results. I won't go into detail about my case but I'm satisfied with my results. He is THE BEST ATTORNEY IN LUBBOCK!!!
Tips & Advices
Some immigration processes can take months or even years to resolve. USCIS posts an online list for each field office that shows current processing times for common applications, such as ones for permanent residency, citizenship and proof of citizenship. These estimates provide a sense of the current backlog. An immigration attorney will usually monitor these timelines for you and communicate any updates.
An immigration lawyer might request copies of numerous documents, including a birth certificate, passport, letters from employers, proofs of address, income tax returns and photos/correspondence with family (if you are applying for an immigration benefit via a spouse or family member).
Yes, if you want them to. While an attorney cannot directly answer a USCIS agent’s questions, he or she can provide support and clarification during the interview. Having an attorney present is generally a good idea if you are involved in a complex immigration case.
Yes, for applications such as an adjustment of status (for example, going from a tourist visa to a green card) and citizenship, it is usually a good idea to agree upon a fixed rate that covers all paperwork and responses to evidence requests. This can save you money compared to an rate based on billable hours.
Fee schedules vary significantly depending on the case type. Immigration lawyers usually charge for both the required application fees from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and for their services. Longer, more complex cases such as deportation defenses are more expensive than simpler matters like completing a citizenship application.
