I brought my sewing machine in for service because the needles were breaking while I was sewing. After paying $50 for repair (they said there was a loose screw), the machine broke the first time I sewed with it. The owner was condescending from the moment I went to pick the machine up the second time, implying that I didn't know how to use my machine (I've been sewing with it for several years with no problem). They were going to charge me another $50 to repair it a second time. I paid $30 of that, and the needles still broke the moment I got the machine home.

My review is based on two seperate phone calls on two different dates. I was tempted to write this review after the first call and decided that I didn't know what kind of day that person had. I was wrong their attitude is horrendous EVERYDAY. Either they have no value for potential customers or desire to acquire new ones. I guess their business is just so good and they are doing so much of it, they have to be rude to turn off customers. They truly treat you like they don't want your business and they are being bothered just by you calling to inquire about service. They need to be reminded other people provide the same service and we as consumers are taking our work to them.
